“We stopped in for lunch during a long road trip. The place seemed clean. One of my party member's food wasn't with the rest and apparently wasn't on the ticket at all, but it was on there when they read the order back to us. The person taking our order seemed new, so I'll just let it go at that. The chicken was good, but I would skip the biscuits. It is a little pricey for what you get, but it seemed fresh.“

“I was so pleased with the service although good food it was a tad bit pricey however I was so thankful to find one in the Dallas area. I hadn’t had chicken express since 2024 in Magnolia Arkansas. I truly wish we had a chicken express in Bentonville Arkansas. Thanks for the experience“

“Place is clean. Workers are cool and nice. A Black lady helped me saved a few bucks. I asked for a meal and she instead ordered me a better alternative and was cheaper. 😊 I love it when workers know tricks and helps the customer out. I was confused at first, but I figured it out. That was cool.

Workers are cool here so, we come as often as we can.“

“This was my first time to this location. Very clean as I was the only one there. Service was fast and food was good. Place was very clean. Overall it is expensive. I paid 16$ and didn’t even get a drink.
Downloaded the app and it’s a challenge. Note that I work for App Development of restaurants and this locations competitors. I could not get my receipt uploaded which is not the apps fault but the loyalty company punchh. So disappointing experience with earning points via scan of receipt.“

“First time here and the chicken salads did not disappoint. So many options to choose from. The cranberry Kelli and the classic carol were tasty and flavorful. Got both sandwiches on croissants that were airy and fresh. You have to try the grape salad….you won’t be disappointed! Each meal also came with a small cookie which was a perfect way to end the meal. If you want flavorful chicken salad, you must stop here! Layla enough“

“I always have a good experience at this chick fil a. However today I came at almost closing for breakfast and forgot to order tots for my little. Kimberly went above and beyond on drive thru made sure I got them no question. What amazing employees. Thank you Kimberly.“
