My friend went to Smashburger for the first time with us, and what happened was ridiculous. As the employee was setting down his burger, my friend said he couldn’t have cheese on his burger. They told him he’d have to order and pay for a whole new burger. He hadn’t even touched the food. What kind of first impression is that?

Absolutely delicious! The burger was juicy, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The fries were crispy, hot, and perfectly seasoned. Definitely coming back! Really good service and a great atmosphere. The staff was attentive and our food came out fresh and hot
