“I dined at Mi Cocina yesterday and it was a wonderful time. Amber was our server and she was efficient and friendly. We enjoyed our food very much. The atmosphere was pleasant and we never felt rushed. I will go again and hope Amber will be my waitress.“

“This place is a cut above most. Top notch enchiladas, top notch salsa, top notch margaritas. Everyone in our party loved their food. I highly recommend the spinach enchiladas. I know it's not typical to point out the beans but they are really good; whole beans in a little cup. Nothing wrong with refried beans but these are much better. It's also a very clean place with quick service. We love Gloria's too but Chepa's is our new go-to.“

Good specials on Mondays and Tuesdays. Great happy hour as well.“

“We had a baby celebration at Matt’s in Allen and it was a great experience! Communication with Ericka to schedule and plan the event was easy. The banquet room was perfect, allowing everyone to sit and eat or get up to walk around and visit. We chose the “Munchies Feast” buffet and it was plenty of food. Open tab for beer and margaritas. Our server, Luis, was fabulous- attentive and responsive. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, and our guests had a wonderful time! 👏🏻🎉🎊😀“

Then it came out that it was an accident and they didn't even ask for an apology, but the food and service at the taqueria were very good. They should look for another place because those Indians are going to scare away customers.“

“I wish I lived closer to this location because I would come here all the time. I took my grandmother and my toddler here for lunch and the service was wonderful. I wish I got his name, but I assume he was a manager, was incredibly nice and attentive to our table. He interacted with my son more than once and even brought him out some sour cream to help him enjoy his quesadilla more. He also brought him out an after lunch treat. It was very sweet and I don't receive that level of service from restaurants where you tip waiters so I really appreciated it.“

“Joshua was great but Madeleine was very rude. My wife asked for double meat but our total was rang up as extra meat +extra meat for 4.80 extra. I said why is it on the twice and they said it was four scoops. My wife didn't ask for that so I said either take it off or remake it at the price we understood. Joshua was remaking it asked what was wrong with the first one and was astounded that they wouldn't have resolved it by just removing one of the charges and comping the other one. He walked back down to ask and Madeline took the other bowl to the back of the restaurant instead of just tossing it in the trash. It was all very weird but Madeline was a constant source of conflict and rudeness. My wife had to wait to have them remake food while my family had already started eating. “Scott knows customer service like the back of his hand! I had a bit of a crummy day today and wanted to treat myself, so of course Taco Bell holds the answers to my problems. They had run out of the tacos I wanted and Scott came through by suggesting something similar price-wise and it turned out AMAZING! Scott deserves a raise and then some.“

“I ordered lunch today for our school group. It was a large order of 70 tacos and nearly 70 more burritos and we received incredible service! Not only was the order accurate, but the staff included napkins, hot sauce and plates for the group and even noticed that I drove up and rolled out my completed order to my vehicle to load before I even opened my car door. It was wonderful to work with Taco Casa. The portions are generous and the food is always delicious. Amazing service was the cherry on top today!“

“This is the best Taco Bell in the area. There is the occasional mistake but the quality of the food is higher than other locations. They also consistently have the limited time options unlike other locations. Regardless of whether it’s noon or midnight, I drive a little further to this location to have a better experience“
