The Casita Mexican Grill is a small family spot in a strip mall with plenty of parking. It has casual decor and not a lot of tables. The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner with lots of options at a very reasonable price. The chips and salsa are very good, and the salsa has a ton of flavor due to the freshness of the ingredients. The Tortilla soup has awesome flavors and nice presentation, and the chicken taco is very tasty. The Migas are ok, though a bit on the bland side and needing more tortilla strips. The huevos rancheros are good, but the ranchero sauce is a bit on the sweet side. The bunuelos are not good. The beans use a seasoning that is not for everyone. The lunch enchiladas and lunch fajitas are both excellent. The meat is wonderful. The food is served quickly, well made, and piping hot. The service is attentive, extremely friendly, helpful, and personable. The staff make it a joy to eat there. The restaurant and bathrooms are clean and in good repair. No alcohol is served, but BYOB is allowed. This hidden gem is highly recommended.
