I had the brisket nachos and Geez, they were amazing. Second time I got the chicken flautas plate. My husband loved it and the adult drinks, the pina colada on the rocks was delicious. “We decided to try something new and were not disappointed. I hadthe salmon with shrimp. The spicy butter sauce on the mashed potatoes was amazing. The portion of everything was more than plenty. Hubby had the carne asada and said he's never had one that tender before. We will definitely be back. Going to try breakfast. Lots of flavor in the salmon dish for sure.“

“I've only been here for their breakfast (many times) and their breakfast tortas are awesome, their salsas are sooo good too! Not open on Sundays and you better get there before 10 a.m. because that's when they stop making any breakfast.
The ladies making the food are quick and friendly, they deserve to be tipped!!!“

“I came here to eat after a long exhausting day of work. All of the employees were very welcoming and kind. But there was one in particular, she was so nice and kind and she also seemed a little bit shy. She came and brought me my food, they forgot the lid to my bowl because I ordered it to go and she gladly got it for me. She's the most beautiful person I've ever seen.“

Went to the bar and was taken care of by Carlos and he recommended the new soft serve margaritas that I’ve heard about and my girlfriend and I loved them, also got the the sampler platter which we finished almost immediately. Definitely coming back to try the rest of the food and drinks whenever Carlos is working!“

“Great place! The plating of the food was fantastic, as were its flavors! Relaxed, inviting atmosphere and gracious staff. Gorgeous interior. Total package. “If you’re looking for authentic Mexican food (not Tex-Mex!), this is the real deal. Every dish we’ve tried is flavorful, fresh, and made with love. We ordered out for our staff, and everyone raved about how delicious it was, true comfort food done right.
They do get very busy, which says a lot about how good they are, so I definitely recommend ordering ahead to avoid a long wait. Worth every bite!“

“We love Mi Cocina (Richardson)…..ate there twice this week!! The food is consistently great and the Mambo Taxi margaritas are absolutely the best. They have the best chips and salsa in town! The wait staff is friendly, courteous and efficient.“
