Emporium Pies Reviews
Beautiful Pie store located in McKinney, TX. Story front desk personnel took such great care of me while at the store and explained different pies and how some are seasonal. They also had samples to try. I tried the apple pie sample and got the strawberry pie with vanilla ice cream. It was truly amazing but a bit too sweet for me. Place was also charming. I definitely recommend it.
Everything is veryyyyy sweet, so if you prefer something that is less sweet then mind that.
Pecan pie has pecan shell pieces inside, which I almost broke my teeth eating.
Chocolate one is also very sweet though it has good quality chocolate (the crust is salty)

I love this place. My favorite is the seasonal Nutty Honey paired with an iced tea. Makes for a perfect treat. You also can never go wrong with Smooth Operator. All of the pies are worth trying at least once.

Emporium Pies is a charming bakery known for its delectable pies. The Bonnie & Pied, a brownie pie with a chocolate crust, is a crowd-pleaser. The atmosphere is praised as cozy and peaceful, with a homely feel and thoughtful touches. However, some reviewers note that the quality of the pies can be inconsistent, with the crust occasionally being soggy or greasy.
Customers describe the establishment as a very charming and lighthearted place, with friendly and calming staff. The pies are considered delicious, with a taste of homemade love. However, some feel the prices are a bit high, though the overall experience is worth it. Parking can be a challenge, but that's expected in the downtown area.
Unfortunately, some customers have noticed a change in the quality of certain pies, like the blueberry, which is no longer as perfect as it used to be.
