“I had the dessert unicorn, and I felt the synapses in my brain jump. Honestly this is one of the best drinks I had in my life. Everything on the menu I tried at this place so far has been 10/10. Not a 9 but a perfect 10. I dont know how thier menu could improve. I wish more people came here, they deserve the business.

The product and service are both generally amazing however, on this most recent visit, I was disappointed to witness a leadership opportunity wherein, what seemed to be, the shift manager or lead chose to educate a working staff member in a manner that leaned more on the side of reprimand than coaching. Each staff member was diligently and amiably working to serve the long line of patrons and seemed to be doing their best. It is quite possible that the leader on duty was experiencing issues of no relation to her staff or work but her behavior was received with ill regard by those of us in line so I can only imagine how her staff felt. Hopefully this was just a bad afternoon, if not then I hope this can he an opportunity to improve. Leadership should be demonstrated with grace and patience...if it is to be effectively received.“
