Finally made it to the baked bear after many years of it being on my food list. It was definitely worth the wait though. I got an ice cream sandwich. Brownie on the bottom and Cookie Monster cookie on top. I got cookies and cream ice cream. My friend ordered a half dozen cookies and one of the cookie bowls with ice cream on top! I'm plant-based with an intense sweet tooth and always in the lookout for places with good vegan dessert. This place popped up in my search, and I am so glad it did. Ice cream stores with vegan options seem a rarity, let alone a place that serves vegan cookie sandwiches! I was beyond excited to give this a try. We drove 20 minutes to come here and will definitely be doing so again. Quick service, a TON of creative options, and delicious dessert. What's not to love?
