Finally made it to the baked bear after many years of it being on my food list. It was definitely worth the wait though. I got an ice cream sandwich. Brownie on the bottom and Cookie Monster cookie on top. I got cookies and cream ice cream. My friend ordered a half dozen cookies and one of the cookie bowls with ice cream on top! The cookies and cream ice cream is delicious! Super creamy and plenty of Oreos chunks. Paired great with the Cookie Monster cookie. Their cook of the month was also very good. The lady asked if I wanted my cookies warmed for my sandwich but it seems only the brownie really got warm the cookie didn't seem like it got warmed at all but the sandwich was still good. The space is very cute but small. Wanted to eat in store but sadly all the seats were taken And it was too cold this day to eat outside. But I will definitely be back for more sweet treats here. I really enjoyed it and I want to go back on a nice warm day so I can sit outside and enjoy my ice cream sandwich

I'm plant-based with an intense sweet tooth and always in the lookout for places with good vegan dessert. This place popped up in my search, and I am so glad it did. Ice cream stores with vegan options seem a rarity, let alone a place that serves vegan cookie sandwiches! I was beyond excited to give this a try. We drove 20 minutes to come here and will definitely be doing so again. Quick service, a TON of creative options, and delicious dessert. What's not to love?

Make sure you get there early! I tried to stop by one day and they were closed up a full 45 minutes before their posted closing time of 10:00PM.

Some of the best dessert I've ever had. It's a small place with not much seating. You'll probably want to order and walk around Grandscape while you eat or smuggle some cookies into the movie theater.. hehe... staff was friendly and even gave us a free bag of cookies for the holidays.

Fun concept, good dessert option and great service! It can get pretty busy on weekends, but highly recommend stopping in!

I came here with a friend after already having a decent amount for dinner, but I love sweets and had heard about this place numerous times. I had to give it a try, and it didn't disappoint! The sandwiches are a huge portion, so definitely recommend splitting one if you're not a huge sweets eater and/or aren't that hungry. I got the combo with a brownie and cookie. I can't recall which ice cream or topping I got, but man... so delish! I highly recommend if you don't mind an insulin spike and sugar coma thereafter.

They've got 2 vegan cookies options (chocolate chip and fudge brownie) and a vegan chocolate chip ice cream. Just ask the staff.I got the ice cream sandwich with the fudge brownie cookies. They heat up the cookies without melting the ice cream. It was great!Dietary restrictions: Vegan options available

Holy wow, customer service could use improvement and I’m not sure what was going on with the plumbing system there, but the smell was quite revolting and that affected the dining experience.

My friend and I had lunch at a restaurant out at Grandscape. As we were leaving, we decided to stop at The Baked Bear, which was nearby. It's a homemade ice cream shop but it was too cold for ice cream, so we got cookies. We opted for the 6 cookies for $12. We chose 3 flavors each. I chose the gooey butter cake cookie just on the name alone. It was sooo good. I also got chocolate chip and cookies and cream. She chose the gooey, chocolate chip, and snickerdoodle. They all were good, very moist, even the next day. I love chocolate chip cookies, especially with nuts, but the gooey butter cake cookie is what's going to keep me going back.

Came here for the 1st time. I did not have any of the ice cream cookies because those are not my favorite but we all had a waffle cone with the butter/brittle/cake flavor? Not sure if that was the complete name but it was delicious!! Salty and sweet and creamy and milky- just the way I love ice cream. Even the cone was tasty and thick- not paper thin like other ice cream shops. My daughter had the old fashioned vanilla and it was amazing as well. The place is on Grandscape in the colony. The service was great, very welcoming and the shop is small but cute- perfect to grab your ice cream and sit outside or near the fountain when the weather is nice like today. Such a nice treat. Definitely check this place out!
