“The Baked Bear is a family favorite for our family of 5. The product and service are both generally amazing however, on this most recent visit, I was disappointed to witness a leadership opportunity wherein, what seemed to be, the shift manager or lead chose to educate a working staff member in a manner that leaned more on the side of reprimand than coaching. Each staff member was diligently and amiably working to serve the long line of patrons and seemed to be doing their best. It is quite possible that the leader on duty was experiencing issues of no relation to her staff or work but her behavior was received with ill regard by those of us in line so I can only imagine how her staff felt. Hopefully this was just a bad afternoon, if not then I hope this can he an opportunity to improve. Leadership should be demonstrated with grace and patience...if it is to be effectively received.“

“My husband and I went to dinner with friends a few nights ago and we all decided that ice cream was needed for dessert. We Googled ice cream nearby and Handel's was suggested. We were immediately greeted as soon as we walked in by a super sweet little smiling blonde and a group of other smiling, friendly teens. These kids seemed happy and excited to be there and eager to serve. We all got AMAZING ice cream and service and will be Handel's regulars for sure. My main reason for this review is for the owner to know what an AMAZING group of kids you have working this store. You rarely see young kids these days that engage with people and can actually have conversations with adults. This was on 6/28/24 So thank you for such a delicious and fun treat!“

“It is a small, nice, clean place. But I must say that it is a little more expensive than other places that sell the same products. Apparently their specialty is strawberries with cream because we ate there and everyone asked for strawberries with cream. I tried the strawberries with cream and they are very good but the nuts seem to be of very low quality or very old and that makes it take away from their signature dish. If you go, you should ask for them without nuts. Maybe we will come back to try some other different dishes.“

Kayden and Lola at Jeremiah’s Water Ice are absolutely amazing. Every time I come through the drive-thru for my cheesecake/strawberry layered with graham cracker add in, they’re friendly, upbeat, and make the whole experience so enjoyable. You can tell they really care about customers and take pride in what they do.

This has become my weekly sweet treat, and it never disappoints! The flavors are always spot-on, fresh, and delicious. Between the incredible treats and the top-tier service from Kayden and Lola & all their staff, I always leave with a smile.

“I recently hosted my child's 4th birthday party at Monster Yogurt, and it was an absolute blast! From start to finish, everything was perfect. Kimberly, our party hostess, was simply amazing. She was so friendly, attentive, and took care of every detail to ensure the day went smoothly. Her energy and enthusiasm made the experience so enjoyable for both the kids and adults. She even went as far to take pictures of my child enjoying his special day and made sure they were sent to me! The customer service was top-notch, with every staff member going above and beyond to make sure our group was taken care of. The store itself was spotless and well-maintained, and the play area was perfect for all the kids to have fun and let loose. It kept them entertained for hours, and it was such a relief knowing they were in a safe and clean environment. As for the frozen yogurt, it was incredible! There were so many yogurt flavors to choose from, and the topping selections seemed endless! Everyone was able to customize their perfect treat, and it was a hit with all the guests. Another very important piece to this was my child has severe food allergies to dairy and egg. Despite having dietary limitations, he was able to have plenty of delicious options to choose from including a dairy free chocolate sorbet! This made my mama heart so happy and his belly so full! If you're looking for a fun, stress-free, and memorable place to host your child's birthday party, I highly recommend Monster Yogurt.
