I was in on a spur of the moment. The reason for the sub par stars is that their menu screen touch system SUCKS and therefore you are unable to give the hardworking staff the well deserved tip they should get unless you are one of the rare people these days that carry cash.
Ordered drinks. Easy ice, cherry, sweet cream. First order came out with no cream. They brought out a redo. Not easy ice. How hard is it to get a drink order correct?
New Management or going broke or something All other sonic's put 3-4 limes in LIME-AID. The colony puts a 1 very small sliver of lime. Changed to Midway.

Sonic Drive-In is a bustling spot that serves up fresh and delicious food quickly. The staff is courteous and friendly, working hard to get orders out promptly even during busy times. Their "Happy Hour" drinks are a great value, and the "unsweetened" ice-tea is always spot on. Orders are generally correct, and special items are made right. However, some customers have experienced issues, such as a carhop member stating that chicken bites do not come with dipping sauce, which could benefit from product refresher training. Additionally, some have noted that the chicken in their meals, like the 5pc. Chicken tender combo, was not fresh and appeared to have sat for a long time. On a positive note, many love the strawberry limeade, and the service is often praised as great. It has been suggested that the Dr. Pepper has tasted flat on recent visits, indicating a need to check the settings, as Sonic is known for their drinks. This Sonic location remains a good choice for a quick and tasty meal.
