“I can’t say enough about how amazing this place is. My business manager and I have come in multiple times during our lunch break and it’s always clean and they have so many froyo flavors available. I’m a fan of dark chocolate and the review saying they never have dark chocolate is absurd. “This review is not for their always impeccable product delivery and customer service but this one is especially for how they took an adverse situation and turned it around by delivering an exceptional experience (unlike a very famous food chain a few nights ago).I had ordered cookies and ice cream for a milestone celebration and my estimate based on the order details was that package would be delivered between 11:30 am and 12:30 pm last week on Thursday. I left for work knowing that it will be received by my wife so I didn't have to worry about ice cream melting away in Texas sun during the immense heat. When I didn't get a text till late afternoon from my wife and I pulled in to the drive way, my jaw dropped because the tiff's Treats bag was enjoying Texas sun and had been doing so for last few hours. I called the location and Bree answered. I shared with her for what happened. She found the order after empathizing and apologizing, shared that it was Door Dash delivery person who just left at the door despite the instructions of the order for delivering it to my wife. Before I could say something, she said "Let me make it up to you!"This is where she got me. I was thinking what would she do since the ice cream was gone and cookies were just ok now. As I listened to her do her magic, she told me that she is putting in a fresh order of the same items ordered earlier in the day for no charge to be delivered by their staff at the earlier. She then said "and to add to that for you experience earlier, I will also add $15 to your number for you to use on your next visit". She further added that though this couldn't bring back the experience I had, she hoped that this would go some distance in us staying with them as customers. Shortly after, we had our ordered delivered by one of the staff members.Now this is what customer experience is. You make a mistake which wasn't even in your hands but since your brand name is impacted, the individual I spoke with took ownership of this situation and turned a gone customer around. All she did was, pre-empt the solution instead of asking me what I wanted which at that point, I was just ready to never go back again.Whoever Bree is at that location, she needs some hardcore recognition for the way she handled this situation and locked us in as customers for this location. This interaction was a prime example of Customer Experience done right...“
“I truthfully had a terrible time here but it wasn't the restaurant's fault, it was the dog **** quality Sonic app. The thing just spun its wheels at me for 20 minutes as I tried to order and pay, and as I was hungry I had little patience for it. The service and food itself met all standards of expectations, I particularly appreciated how hot and fresh the hamburgers were.“
“Outstanding little shop. Unassuming and not real flashy. Don’t sleep on it. This place is great. Gentleman working the counter was as kind and helpful as I’ve seen in a very long time. Take note other shops because kindness and compassion goes a very long way given that it’s a limited commodity now days. The ice cream is great and tasty. The Ferrero flavor is incredible but they all are. The waffles and cones are fresh and light. It smells so good and I didn’t try the cookies but they smelled delightful. Give Sugar a try, you’ll be glad you did!“
“Went in for a few pints and the blonde young man ( seemed to be there working alone) was very helpful in suggesting flavors to sample. It makes a big difference where I patronize and because he was so helpful I will be back! I only did a few samples because I got them to for the family. ( My son’s favorite ice cream shop) He may be in his 30’s but Mama still treats him to ice cream.?“
“This place is a lot of fun and the food is really great! I love to order the nachos and then to have the toppings piled on. They have a lot of great options and alcohol. They also have ice cream! I’m so happy to have this place in the neighborhood .“

I also loved that they offer the option to bake two different types, perfect for sharing or trying multiple flavors in one sitting. “Great place to chill with friends & family. They have wide range of ice cream ? options, falooda, kulfi, crepes and waffles. Our go to place for something sweet specifically Kulfi plate and Falooda. Seating options are limited but they have plenty to keep it moving. Parking is tough to find specially in evening and weekends. The service is decent and the place is clean.Parking: Plenty of neighborhood parking is available but this place is close to a popular Indian restaurant that causes parking crisis during evening and weekends.Kid-friendliness: Kids would love the ice cream ? options and customizations“
“My burger was made how I ordered it. The burger was 10/10 will buy again (bacon cheese), fries were nice and hot. There was plenty of seating available when I picked up my online order. At the pickup location I was greeted and helped as soon as I walked up.Parking: Depending on time of day of an event is going on you may have to park further away from the shop. However, a lot of the ppl parked in the vicinity are in and out within 5-10 minutes“
