The service was top-notch. They even went the extra mile and took my wife’s order over the phone so everything was ready for us. The atmosphere is fun, the treats are excellent, and it’s exactly the kind of place you want to support. Grateful they were open and welcoming to the family. We’ll definitely be back!“

“I went on a Sunday ordered from drive thru Grilled Chicken BLT (cheese was solid didn't melt at all) with fries both were cold. Went back within the same week, ordered the same thing but went inside and it was fresh, hot and sooo good.“

He even asked for my name & number and then called me when the tow truck got there. This is the type of employee I would love to have! Thanks for making our horrible day a little easier Maddox!“

“Came here to eat with my family. They have kiosk’s inside that you can order from with limited customization.

There are no kids menu items at all so we had to order large adult size portions for our two small children.

Otherwise the food and shakes are really good. more on the pricey side, if you’re coming here with a family.“

“Today we took our granddaughter (the day before Thanksgiving Day) & the ladies working the restaurant so respectful, asked us how we enjoy the food & if we need anything else. Made conversation & personable. As was the manager (? I think) asking the mentally challenge homeless man who was talking to himself loudly, or someone not visible, if he needed anything, but did not run him off. To me this was kind. The man wasn’t bothering anyone other than his louder voice, though quieted down as the restaurant became more full. The manager could have very easily ran him off but did not being such a chilly day. And I appreciate it was not as cold in there today as it usually us in the summer months.“

“Our family wanted to eat at Freddy’s and this was the nearest location since the Greenville location closed. Our food took a little while to come out but, it’s understandable due to the winter storm, they were short handed. Silsa (hope I spelled that correctly) was awesome and took care of us. She was very sweet and gave us great customer service. We will definitely be visiting this location again soon! Mahalo Silsa!“
