La Michoacana Unique Delight is a hidden gem and arguably the best place to get a dessert in Princeton. Everything is hand made, even most of the sauces, and they make everything fresh. The place is super clean. They have a grand selection of different snacks and treats, including drinks, ice cream, elotes, and a bunch of other desserts and snakes. The homemade ice cream and ice cream treats are delicious, with flavors like Tequila Ice Cream, Guava, Vanilla, Leche, and cucumber ice cream. They also make homemade Ceviche which is absolutely delicious and the best ever had. The Frappuccino’s are perfect. People are very friendly and patient with the kids. Worth the stop.
