Bye for one of the best drive thru experiences, I’ve had in a long time. Jean was upbeat, attentive, inquired about rewards membership,, delivered a seamless upsell ask, and was just generally a good time to work with. Your company should promote her to a Corporate training role stat to bottle her vibe and use it to your full advantage.
I love freddy's Burgers but here staff is awesome too

Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers serves fresh and delicious food with awesome service in a delightful atmosphere. Customers have enjoyed the California burger, which exceeded expectations with its quality and taste. The patty melt, hot and crispy onion rings, and decadent PBC & B sundae with hot fudge are also favorites. The cheese curds are sooooo yummy, and their ice cream is thick and filled with goodies. The frozen custard is usually good, tasting like a hug. While the food often hits the spot with crispy edges on the burger and fries that disappear fast, it's not always consistently amazing. The service is usually polite and solid, with friendly folks who keep the line moving. However, there are concerns about cleanliness in the lobby area, the timing of shake availability, and consistency in maintaining a clean dining space. The floor is usually on the slicker side of suspicious, and finding a clean table might require some recon. It's the kind of place where the kids are happy and the custard doesn’t disappoint, but improvements in cleanliness are needed for a better experience.
