The staff here are very friendly. Aubrey guided me on which flavors align with my current dietary restrictions and was overall very helpful. Will come back again.
We were greeted at the door and the employees behind the counter were wonderfully attentive. When we asked about the dairy free options they were quick to help us identify the options and went above and beyond asking if there were any allergies to look out for, they even offered to use a different scooper to accommodate us. Great service(unlike “Everything Ice Cream”). This Cold Stone Creamery has earned themselves a repeat customer!
The staff were very kind and attentive. I am currently can’t have dairy so when I chose a dairy free option they immediately asked if I wanted a new scooper to be used or if I had any allergies. We were greeted as we walked in and wished a goodbye on the way out.
