About Crumbl Cookies

Crumbl is a popular cookie shop known for its variety of tasty treats. Many customers love their cookies, especially the Cookies & Cream and Raspberry cake butter, describing them as delicious and flavorful. Some reviews highlight that the store is usually clean and well-maintained, with staff members generally being friendly and smiling, creating a welcoming atmosphere. However, there are occasional concerns about the enthusiasm of the staff, with some customers feeling that the team could be more energetic. The store's service is often praised for being easy to work with, and the cookies tend to arrive fresh and in good condition.

One standout cookie is the cornbread cookie, which receives high praise as the best one ever. Customers also mention that the cookies can be hard or bland at times, but overall, the quality remains good, and many continue to order again and again. There was a negative comment about a staff member handling trash with gloves and not changing them before serving, which raised concerns about hygiene. Despite this, most reviews reflect a positive experience, with some customers expressing their love for Crumbl cookies.

Overall, Crumbl offers a variety of cookies that many find delicious, with friendly service and a clean environment, though improvements in staff enthusiasm could enhance the experience.
