Best frozen custard around love this place
What a great find and located conveniently right next to Kroger and across the street from Allen H-E-B! The concretes at Andy's Frozen Custard are churned to perfection and they are served silky smooth; not as aqueous as frozen yogurt, and not as tough as concrete in the literal sense to the point where you have to let it sit out for a bit in order to navigate the delicious sweetness with your spoon.
