We had tried so many other bakeries, but it just wasn’t right. Jana is from Brazil and does things as they do 'at home.’ This was a special piece of Brazil that was a great touch to the evening. “This is the best gluten free bakery in the north Dallas area that I have found for cupcakes. I love how they are not too sweet, super moist and every time I take a bite, I melt into heaven. I particularly love the lemon, strawberry and coconut one..I believe they use coconut flour and everything unrefined. They have dairy and dairy free options. The only thing I wish they used more of is coconut sugar, they only have cookies made with coconut sugar. However, if you are okay with organic cane sugar, their gluten free cupcakes are super amazing and I always leave wishing I bought one more“

I didn’t have my receipt, and it was my fault for wanting a different cake but they didn’t make me feel that way. They were kind enough to go back and look for my receipt to help me get a different cake. I run a restaurant, and I can say no one else would do that. It took them over 10 minutes to locate my lost receipt, but they did it and offered me a resolution. No one takes that much time on a busy weekend; it clearly showed they care about their customers. “We’re lucky to have Paris Baguette on Main Street in Frisco. This location is the closest to me, and it’s well run, organized, and consistently delivers great quality.
It does get busy, especially during peak times, so it can feel a bit crowded. Parking is shared with nearby businesses, so you might have a short walk, but it’s still manageable.
We first tried Paris Baguette while living in Seoul, so it’s nice to have that same option here locally. The breads are excellent, easily some of the best around. They also make great cakes for special occasions, and the ability to order and pay ahead is really convenient. Nice touch that they include candles as well.
Like any good bakery, prices are higher than a typical grocery store, but the quality makes it worth it when you’re in the mood for something better.“

Atmosphere: Fluellen's is clean and cozy. There are plenty of tables if you want to eat inside, and I liked the display showing what each cupcake looks like. It made it easy to choose.
