Marcos offered to deliver the same order next day to my correct address. Their sincere desire to make it right impressed me. That unique level of care and concern to make it right is characteristic of a company with integrity and commitment to the customer. Thank you again Marcos. PREVIOUS POST....Planned to surprise my wife with Marcos Pizza. Pizza never came. Received an email that it had been delivered. Called their Parker Road location. While on the phone someone in my neighborhood texted my phone telling me that they have my pizza. No name, just a number. Spoke with Colton at Marcos and told them to refund my money including the extra tip. I amazed at the lack of execution in delivering the pizzas. When it is the one thing that you do and navigational tools are on every phone and at your disposal, yet you still cannot deliver to the customer....that is an epic fail.“
“Marcos is our spot for pizza night at home. The pizzas are consistently good, but equally important is the customer service. They are always kind and respectful. Once I made a mistake with my order and the made a new pizza for us. They earned all of our business. Specialty pizzas are excellent and they run great deals. Rating should be above a 4-star.“
