I going to say I had the very best customer service from the manager on duty. When I originally ordered I had chose delivery but for whatever reason it was received as a pickup..when I checked on my order and realized the mix up I immediately called the store..the manager was more than happy to change the status to delivery. It took the driver 40 min to bring my food in which by then it was cold. I called before driver got there and manager told me not to worry he was upgrading...read full review
Sam and Mayra were excellent. They had my order ready promptly and provided great service today. I am a happy customer and will be returning because of them. They do a great job every time.
UPDATED POST... Thank you Marcos for your follow up and concern. I was contacted the next morning and we were able to determine that the address in their system was incorrect. Marcos offered to deliver the same order next day to my correct address. Their sincere desire to make it right impressed me.
