“I cannot recommend Roma’s Italian Kitchen enough! My only regret is that I ordered only one thing to-go. The restaurant is very clean, the staff is great, and you feel like you are back in a small piece of Europe. The owner Lucian was very hospitable and generous. I called in an order of Mititei to-go, and they were delicious! I cannot wait to go back and try their Sarmale, Schnitzel, and the pizza & pasta! I do not live very close, but Roma’s Italian Kitchen is definitely worth the drive, you won’t regret it. Va multumesc mult!“

“I use to get my pizza from a national chain headquartered in Plano but the pizzas quality were inconsistent . I finally called it quit when corporate told me my expectations were too high. I tried Marinara and kicked myself for waiting so long. Ingredients are much higher quality, taste is great and service was outstanding. They have many unique combinations that I never would have thought of using on a pizza. I will definitely order from them again.“

“This place is wonderful! My brother in law and sister took me here over thanksgiving as I was in town visiting. When we arrived they hadn’t opened yet, but they saw us waiting and they gladly opened up and welcomed us in. Not sure if the ladies name but she was very nice and the food was great, and I think her husband even came out and chatted with us for a bit. Great friendly nice people and establishment. Will definitely be back.“

“I found out that this location has closed but I believe another location owned by the same family is called Amoretto Italian Restaurant off of Spring Creek Pkwy. Anyway, the food my family and I have had here has always been fresh and delicious! We're sad to see the closer location to us shut down but we will visit Amoretto soon! highly recommend! 5 out of 5!“

“We love North and the food is always great, but this trip the service was just not good. Being a former server in college, I understand how difficult this job is and definitely give a lot of grace. With that being said our server seemed distracted, overwhelmed, and not present. It took over 45 minutes to get our bread appetizer. Our server did not seem very concerned or apologetic that we waited for so long. I suspect she probably forgot to ring our appetizer in because food was coming out all around us for people who got sat after us. It would have been nice to have a manager at least come over and apologize for how long we had waited. I never expect free food and that's not what I was looking for but it would have been nice for someone to acknowledge us and sincerely apologize for the wait. I had also noted in our reservation that we were celebrating a birthday and she made no mention of it. Like I said we love the quality of food at North and will be back but the lack of good service from both the server and manager side last night but a damper on our birthday celebration.“

“Today I tried Heirloom for the first time after seeing a Facebook post about them. Being from NY, I’m pretty picky about pizza. This place was great! They use All Trumps flour, which is a NY staple, their pizza was thin and crispy, we enjoyed every bite!“

However, it wasn’t fresh, which means the cheese was dried/hard. To avoid wasting it, I forced myself to eat it. Based on the customer service, I would give them another chance!“

“I have always loved Campisi's lasagna. so I decided to take my 2 girls. my oldest ordered chicken parmesan and my youngest ordered chicken Alfredo. when they brought the chicken parmesan the chicken was burnt to a crisp. the waitress walked off very quickly like she knew we were going to complain. then she proceeded to ignore us until I got another waitress to get our waitress back. we didn't even have to say anything she knew right away the chicken was bad. and she got us another one. the difference in the two was amazing. when she brought us our receipt she said she didn't charge us is m for the chicken it works be on her. but what she meant was she didn't charge us for the replacement chicken. other than that my lasagna was delicious and my other daughter loved her chicken Alfred.“
