The manager, Will, did an outstanding job ensuring everything ran smoothly and that we had a great experience. His attention to detail and professionalism really stood out. “Zuko’s Pizza was recommended to us and did not disappoint! From the warm greeting at the door to the attentive service, we felt welcome right away. They only take cash, Zelle, or Cash App—not a problem these days. I had the Chicken Murphy—flavorful sauce, perfectly cooked mushrooms, just the right kick—absolute chef’s kiss! My husband had spaghetti with marinara and Italian sausage, with generous portions and a homemade-tasting sauce. Small, clean seating area and friendly staff all the way till we finished eating.Can’t wait to come back for the pizza!“

“The portions are always plentiful. I have had their pizza and lasagna. The lasagna comes with garlic bread and a gigantic always fresh salad. The taste of the lasagna is amazing and they give you a really big piece. I always take half home. They have individual thru family size pizzas which are always delicious and perfectly cooked. It is conveniently located off of 78. The servers are friendly and the owner is like family. They also have a sizable bar area if you want to unwind after work or after spending the day at the lake.

“To the manager at Napoli's in Wylie. I want to compliment you on your staff and the service I received the last couple of times I've been there throughout the Christmas holidays. These young people were very friendly to all customers both in person and on the telephone. They were busy about their task at hand. I never saw them cutting up or just standing around. They were all working. I want to give a special compliment to Joseph our waiter who checked on us several times throughout our meal even though it was crowded. He was very kind and respectful.And also to Caitlin or Kaylan who took my phone order. She was very friendly and helpful. “We have come here for years , some people will like and some not, not crowded you can actually talk to each other and not have kids running around and a bunch of racket. great place for a teenage guy to take a girl on a date that they can talk to each other. Entrees are large.“

This place is AMAZING!! Not just the food but the genuine and intentional service from the staff.
My boyfriend and I were driving back home and had been on the road for almost 3 hours and desperately wanted an easy, comforting and delicious meal and we settled for pizza. We knew we didn’t want the regular places like dominos or little ceasers and came across this gem with some great reviews behind it. We pulled in and the place had a very cozy family vibe. Immediately stepping in the owner greeted us with a huge smile and let us browse through the menu without feeling rushed. We had a lovely conversation with him and he reassured us that we would be taken care of. We ended up sitting outside and the staff bringing out the food were all very sweet and checking if there was anything we needed, making sure everything was tasty and that we were enjoying ourselves. We ordered 2 sweet teas, a medium pepperoni pizza, buffalo wings and cinnamon rolls (lots of food for two people but hey we were veryyy hungry)! Everything came out hot and yummy! The cheese pull in the pizza was 10-10. The cinnamon rolls were super yummy as well as the wings and salad.

We’ve never had any issues ordering online for pickup or even for delivery, and the pizza itself is just delicious!
