He was very kind and respectful.And also to Caitlin or Kaylan who took my phone order. She was very friendly and helpful. “Took advantage of the 2 LARGE pizzas for $24 deal that is offered on the website. Received my order and I’m a bit underwhelmed by the size of said pizzas. We love Marcos and have ordered large pizzas before and they were much bigger than these. They even sent these pizzas in large boxes. These are size medium at best. I am leaving high stars because the quality of pizza is excellent and we will order again. Just underwhelmed is all.“

Chris escalated the request to the manager Shane. Shane was able to make things happen. They both had great active listening skills.
