They only take cash, Zelle, or Cash App—not a problem these days. I had the Chicken Murphy—flavorful sauce, perfectly cooked mushrooms, just the right kick—absolute chef’s kiss! My husband had spaghetti with marinara and Italian sausage, with generous portions and a homemade-tasting sauce. “To the manager at Napoli's in Wylie. I want to compliment you on your staff and the service I received the last couple of times I've been there throughout the Christmas holidays. These young people were very friendly to all customers both in person and on the telephone. They were busy about their task at hand. I never saw them cutting up or just standing around. They were all working. I want to give a special compliment to Joseph our waiter who checked on us several times throughout our meal even though it was crowded. He was very kind and respectful.And also to Caitlin or Kaylan who took my phone order. She was very friendly and helpful. If you have the funds I think these young people deserve a reward of some kind. Thank you for hiring and training your employees to treat customers in the way they would like to be treated. You can tell care went into the preparation, from the texture of the dough to the seasoning of the filling. Even the simple details stood out. This is the kind of place that delivers comfort food done right.

I really do not eat out much I hate to pay so much more when I can make it better at home. Mike the lunch manager was great, the food was really good! The eggplant parmigiana was very good. “I have tried olive gardens for years. In the past I would I’d rather hit many of the smaller places for Italian food unless I wanted to load up on salad and bread sticks. I hadn’t really tried them over the last few years. Over the last year or so I’ve a few times and would saw my opinion has changed and the spaghetti and Parmesans seem to have gotten a lot better and with the salads makes it a very competitive option.
