“My wife and I were in town on some quick business. We were recommended to give it a try. We were not disappointed. Sunday brunch seems to be a very busy time, so we were very pleased to get a seat very quickly. Our server, I'm sorry her name slips my mind, was outstanding. As a guy who really enjoys food, I was very pleased. Everything was brought to our table in under 10 minutes and was absolutely delicious. I didn't see any of the staff that were not moving in a hurry to take care of their customers. I was pleasantly surprised by the pricing vs the quantity and quality of the food. Ballard Street Cafe will remain on our list of places to stop and eat when we're in town.“

“Our waitress, I'm ashamed I didn't get her name, was so attentive and helpful. It was our first time trying Puerto Rican food and she was great at providing recommendations. We started with the tostones, which were the bomb (dipped in the sauce or not). Hubby and I got the Pollo de la Plancha with the red rice and it was so flavorful and a perfectly sized portion. Our daughter got the Pollo Sandwich and she ate the whole thing (she can be pretty picky). All in all, our first experience was amazing and we will, for sure, be coming back. “Three of us ordered special spaghetti, the antipasto salad, and the pasta alforno. The meal came with garlic rolls and we added a side order of marinara for dipping. It was tangy and light, NOTHING like a canned or bottled sauce. The rolls were a bit dense, but EVERYTHING else was WONDERFUL! We shared all of the dishes, but the winner was the antipasto salad with its ham and salami pinwheels and the absolute BEST house dressing. Although he didn't introduce himself, I think it was the owner, came around to see if everything was good and answer questions. He even let me guess the ingredients of that dressing! We will definitely return as we had no room for the house-made tiramisu and really wished we had. Maybe a cup of cappuccino and dessert on our next visit. Service was great. Our server was attentive but not bothersome. The decor of the restaurant was pleasant with wine bottles lining the ceiling molding around the entire circumference of the dining room, antique pressed metal ceiling tiles, and origami chandeliers which spun delicately above us. The quiet ambiance was casual enough for a family dinner while quaint enough for an intimate date night. We had an all-around delightful visit to a lovely restaurant. Villa Vinci is a MUST if you've never been.“

“To the manager at Napoli's in Wylie. I want to compliment you on your staff and the service I received the last couple of times I've been there throughout the Christmas holidays. These young people were very friendly to all customers both in person and on the telephone. They were busy about their task at hand. I never saw them cutting up or just standing around. They were all working. I want to give a special compliment to Joseph our waiter who checked on us several times throughout our meal even though it was crowded. He was very kind and respectful.And also to Caitlin or Kaylan who took my phone order. She was very friendly and helpful. If you have the funds I think these young people deserve a reward of some kind. Thank you for hiring and training your employees to treat customers in the way they would like to be treated. “Open on Tuesdays Food: Cinnamon Swirl Pancakes is the best pancakes ever. You don't even need syrup. 1 pancake is a good portion. Environment: Servers are always friendly and professional. It feels like a home environment. This place is the best breakfast place in the whole area of Murphy & Wylie.“

“I went here to meet a couple of friends and sing Karaoke. I ordered a burger and asked for it to be cooked medium rare to which the waitress looked at me funny, lol. I told her just to have them cook it how they normally do and it actually came out almost medium rare! It was actually quite good but also very messy. It's got a nice atmosphere but is kind of small. The waitress super nice and attentive as well. All in all I had a good time and would definitely recommend you check this place out.“

“Dinner takeout was superb tonight. Lion King, Shrimp crunch, and Spicy T rolls all came home still crunchy and decent temp. The portions were fair. Didn’t feel like wallet got reamed. There was a slight hint of smokiness that added greatly to the flavor. They were quick too, about ten minutes for three rolls.Kid-friendliness: Staff spoke with my three year old, who kept asking for fresh lemonade. Friendly place. Highly recommend.“

“I'm just singing the praises for Fuzzy's. The people who said the place is dirty are just wrong. Recently I had a breakfast bowl. Not only was it delicious, it was way more than I can eat. It's a fun atmosphere, and along with everyone who works there, the regulars are part of that. No complaints.“
