“To the manager at Napoli's in Wylie. I want to compliment you on your staff and the service I received the last couple of times I've been there throughout the Christmas holidays. These young people were very friendly to all customers both in person and on the telephone. They were busy about their task at hand. I never saw them cutting up or just standing around. They were all working. I want to give a special compliment to Joseph our waiter who checked on us several times throughout our meal even though it was crowded. He was very kind and respectful.And also to Caitlin or Kaylan who took my phone order. She was very friendly and helpful. If you have the funds I think these young people deserve a reward of some kind. Thank you for hiring and training your employees to treat customers in the way they would like to be treated. “When I travel I like to find local spots to eat rather than the chain places. I picked out the Ballard Street Cafe because it looked like an older place in an old downtown spot. I was not disappointed as it was exactly what I thought with exposed brick, wood floors, and a 50’s style lunch counter. In addition there were several tables and the required set of local characters sharing breakfast and gossip over coffee. The waitstaff was attentive and polite, and made you feel right at home. To complete the experience, I have to talk about the food. I ordered a 2 egg breakfast with chicken fried steak. It also came with choice of hash browns or grits and b&g, toast, or a pancake. I chose the b&g and grits. First off, the chicken fry was obviously hand breaded and cooked perfectly. They gave me a knife but it was fork tender. The grits were hearty and flavorful. The side of b&g came with TWO homemade biscuits and cream gravy. Everything was awesome! I ended up taking half my steak and the b&g home for a second meal. Getting ALL this with coffee for about $15 with tax almost felt criminal. If you’re ever in Wylie, do yourself a favor and check them out!“

I have to say this is as good as its good to get. The food was delicious. The service was great and being able to speak Spanish with the owners was a plus I give this restaurant 5 stars.“

“I came into Tailgaters on a Wednesday and had an awesome experience. Mariah was my bartender and she was great! Her attitude and friendliness is something to appreciate. She always had a smile, made sure everyone was taken care and gave some good food recommendations. I definitely recommend stopping in, you won’t be disappointed! She makes some awesome drinks too! 10/10 highly recommend!“

“The food was amazing I had the marbled brisket and pulled pork with Mac and cheese and potato salad. I’d personally say this was hands down one the best meals I’ve had and the lady taking the orders was super sweet and you can just tell she enjoys what she does definitely coming back here atleast once a month“

“Best Chinese restaurant! The dishes are so flavorful. I love how the chicken is so tender and they use minimal breading (such as in orange chicken). As a Muslim, it’s a good place because there are no pork dishes - which makes us feel comfortable eating at this establishment. Would highly recommend!“

“Been coming to Chiloso for years. Used to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner with them. Prices have gotten out of hand to the point that I come significantly less often and instead found other local places to get my Mexican food fix.

I still go often for breakfast tacos. I certainly miss the days when they weren’t $5 each.

Food has gotten inconsistent. 5 stars for food on some visits, 3 stars on others.

Eggs can be runny, or they can be brown and overcooked. Sometimes they give you 1 piece of bacon per taco and other times 2-3 pieces per taco. Staff is usually friendly and line usually moves fast. Just wish they’d get more consistent.“

I don’t know his name but he often works at curbside pickup. Last time we saw him was 12/4.“
