Based on the reviews, Gokumi Sushi is a friendly and accommodating restaurant with excellent food that comes out quickly. The sushi is always fresh and the service is always great. The food is amazing and the atmosphere is great. The Caribbean roll and the Volcano roll are both delicious. The wonton soup is a standout, and the chicken fried rice is also a favorite. The restaurant is a hidden gem with fantastic service. The shrimp tempura roll was disappointing because the shrimp seemed old, chewy, and the batter stale. The cucumber salad had a very light dressing. The music can be loud and non-ethnic, and the dining area is small but perfect for take out. The prices are not as big as Blue Fin.
