Best Puerto Rican food!! I have been eating from El Flamboyan for years, probably since they opened. Excellent food, great service, and good prices. The owners are all exceptional people!!
Its been a while since I went here. But, the pasteles and rice and gandules tasted exactly like my Puerto Rican grandma used to make!! It takes me right back to my childhood in NY, when all the family was together.Food is such an important part of one's culture. I'm excited to try more authentic foods and share a bit of my culture with my children. I'm also interested in making some recipes in my own kitchen, but, like to try the unfamiliar dishes first, so, I know what to expect.See...read full review
