“This last Sunday I went with my family to the Saltgrass in rockwall, Texas. We experience a very rude manager who constantly kept yelling and degrading her employees. The food was not served as ordered, but what took me by surprise was. How a manager yells at the employees in front of cuscommerce? I feel this is something that a corporate office needs to evaluate Customer service and employee treatment. Because we felt The rudeness of the manager by the name melissa“

“Food is great. We I've always gone as a family with our kids, but they have a nice looking bar, and I would like to come without kids! We all love the food very flavorful like: Shrimp Cocktail, All of the fried seafood and fish baskets, Poboys, the more healthy plates with grilled fish/seafood, rice, fresh veggies DELIGHTFUL..!!!
They have tables for large groups. Ypu order at the counter and sit down with a number, and you self serve your drinks. They bring you your food. I do think you would get better service/waiter attention, if you were to sit at the bar.
Soooo, if you're sitting down and you need anything (not just dip, dude..like a fork LOL)... you have to get back in line and wait at the counter. Like waitttttt, especially if you are there at a busy time because they only ever have one person there at counter taking orders/serving, and they come&go.
That's the only obnoxious thing, but the food is great. It's clean and quick. We like both locations.
Now I have shared the run down..whatever your expectations may be, chill, maybe have a drink and enjoy the great food, but you're not getting table service.“

“Unlike a previous Customer who reviewed the same week I attended Golden City, my lunch version of their Orange Chicken chicken was perfect. I will admit it was not spicy to my liking but I did not request any higher setting other than default menu. Another person at my table did say their General Tso's Chicken was dry on the inside and there was a notable difference between our 2 cooked chickens. And I will agree, the egg rolls are awesome. The lady who greeted and served us was attentive and cheery! For me, the cost, quality, and experience were right on par with my previous visit.“

“Old fashioned hand tossed pizza. You don't see that for miles! The dough and bread everything is authentic not processed. Their deep dish pizza is so good, stramoboli , chicken Parmesan , manicotti is the best! I would not order their fettuccini Alfredo, but other than that it's awesome! I always order a bowl of marinara for the bread :)“
