New Orleans born and raised and the flavor was just not there. It definitely gave "watered down Cajun food" but did not give Nola vibes. Our waitress Krista forgot appetizer plates, refills and gave us wrong sides. But the tilapia meal was the saving grace of the night.
We went on a Tuesday night it was not busy at all. There was two of us and we were celebrating. Food was pretty good we had crab legs and their chicken tenders and fries and salad and ordered a meal to go for someone. Their crab legs were pretty good, but the chicken tenders were very small and you only got like 4 tenders and they have no gravy. Fries and salad were good. Would've given 5 stars but I don't believe the fish I was eating was catfish...I believe it was swai ( as lots of restaurants illegally do). If you pay your money for catfish, that's what you should get. Gouda grits were good, stuffed mushrooms were great! Drinks were wonderful. Nice, fun atmosphere, wonderful outdoor atmosphere with outdoor dining, huge lake, shopping.
