This review is for delivery. Ordered the pan fried pork buns, assortment of steamed dumplings, and the glutinous rice ball (with sesame) soup. Everything was delicious and visually appealing. I wished the pork buns had a crispier bottom, but the flavor and amount of juice inside was excellent.
China Blue is our absolute go-to spot in Plano, and as regulars, we can’t say enough good things about the food! The soup dumplings are always perfection—steaming hot, flavorful, and packed with delicious broth—and the hot pot is an absolute staple for us every time we visit.

I stopped by China Blue on a Sunday night to check out their new menu items. I ordered the Dry-Fried Spicy Beef, and while it took a little while to come out, it was clearly made to order—and the portion was HUGE! The flavor was amazing. I highly recommend it if you can handle some heat. The young lady was incredibly sweet and recommended their pickled radish. I tried it, loved it, it pairs perfectly with the heat of the spicy beef.
