The food was awesome. We ordered the Kuppanna signature chicken and mutton Biriyani. Kids liked the taste. Also the meat was so softly cooked. Thanks for the wonderful food. Keep serving the community.
Amazing food. The best in DFW. Overall experience was 10/10.
We visited Kuppanna for lunch today and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. One of the curries served with the veg thali was spoiled, which I realized only after eating some of it. I immediately informed the manager, who apologized and offered a replacement, which I declined. Given that this was a food quality and safety issue, I expected the restaurant to handle it with more seriousness and some basic service recovery. Disappointed with how it was handled.
