The food came out in a reasonable amount of time. I got the shredded chicken Nachos, the chicken could have been shredded more, not a fan of large pieces of chicken.

“Drive through ordered and got 2 breakfast burgers. They were honestly not as good as they used to make them a couple of years ago but I was hungry so I powered through and ate them. Service wasn’t friendly but wasn’t unfriendly. Sooooo neutral. Idk that I’ll come back.“

“I always get the same thing, beef fajitas. So I decided to try OG tacos this time. Crunchy with beef. All I could taste was black pepper. I don't know if that's how they normally are, or if they accidentally added way too much black pepper. But I couldn't eat that. Beans and rice were great, and filled me up. The guacamole appetizer was delicious, although a small portion for two people. Half the cup was lettuce bed. My wife's chicken quesadillas were good. Not the best ever, but tasty. The unsweet tea was delicious. And the service was great. I gave it just four stars for "atmosphere" because holy cow is it loud in there. My wife and I have to almost shout to hear each other. Not a huge deal if you are not looking for a quiet place. Just something to be aware of.

“El Queso is definitely where all the OGs used to hang out, and I can see why. Honestly, it's better than Chipotle in most aspects—you can put jalapeños in your burrito, which is a huge plus. The combinations here are endless, and the variety is great for customizing your meal. But taking off the rose-colored glasses for a second, I’ve gotta admit, the food is just alright. The atmosphere, though, is where things fall flat. The place feels lifeless, and while it’s clean, the bathroom was out of almost everything, including soap and pretty much water. Plus, I found a small hair in my food, which wasn’t ideal. Still, if you’re on a budget, it’s not a bad choice at all—it’s basically the better version of Chipotle. Four stars.“

“This is one of our favorite restaurants! We've never tried a dish we didn't like (the mushroom empanadas are uh-mazing!). The Real Deal margarita is delicious, as well. Although we've moved 45 minutes from here, we still make the drive to get our Urban Rio fix.

And if you get in the mood for a stone oven pizza, go two blocks north to Urban Crust! The rooftop bar, the 32° Bar, gives you great views of downtown Plano and the sunset.

“I cannot speak highly enough about this Plano Freebirds. I have been a regular at this location for about a year now and have had the pleasure to get to know the staff over this time. There has not been a restaurant where I have had a better and more consistent experience than Plano Freebirds. The food here is considerably fresher and more flavorful than other locations in the area and honestly I can’t recall a single time where I’ve eaten a burrito that’s fallen apart. That’s coming from the man responsible for the exponential increase in tortilla strip orders for this location. The best part of my experience coming to Plano Freebirds is without a doubt the staff members. Lindsey is an incredible person, manager, and has been a joy to get to know. The team being ran here is a reflection of the extreme competence and character from Lindsey. I can’t thank everyone involved here at Plano Freebirds enough.“
