“I pulled into the drive thru on a rainy Wednesday morning for 3 simple party tacos. The drive thru was prompt, courteous and accurate. My time in the drive thru was standard for a drive thru, not fast but also not a long wait. The simple party tacos? Absolutely fresh and delicious as a Taco could be. I was actually impressed with how delicious they were. Top notch fast food with a pleasant experience to boot!“

“We discovered Bajio a couple of months ago and has been our go to for Tex Mex ever since , at least once a week . The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The complementary chips, salsa and black bean dip are great . The food is always delicious and perfect temperature. The frozen margaritas are excellent! Great atmosphere. “I came to town for work. I was looking for something quick for lunch. I had no real expectations as tacos are tacos. I was absolutely wrong. The atmosphere was truly unique. The staff was super polite and the food truly took me by surprise. The flautas were cooked to perfection and the queso was so flavorful. I look forward to future trips here and trying other items on the menu.“

“I love the Steak Argentina. Tender steak , chimichura sauce . It’s so good . You must try it . I prefer the location on Greenville but have eaten at the one in Richardson too.“

“I absolutely love this restaurant! Every time I come the food is just as fresh and good as it was the time before.
The servers are so nice, helpful and happy. I love the décor and the restaurants lay out. It is just an overall joy to have lunch or dinner at this place.
On this visit, I brought a friend who had never been before. We ordered the stuffed avocados, which never disappoint, and the brisket enchiladas. The brisket was so tender you could cut it with a fork.
