I love all the food always made fresh never frozen like a lot of restaurants and the employees always greet you when you enter. They work hard at keeping everything clean including the restrooms. The condiment bar has many choices of fresh salsa and peppers that they keep filled. It's always fun to watch them making the fresh tortillas. The fastest, most efficient drive thru I’ve ever been through. We were staying at a hotel and were looking for dinner and landed on this place. We ordered the taco platters as it was taco Tuesday and definitely weren’t disappointed. The portions were good sized and while I found the meat a tad bland (my kid was very happy about this) they provided salsa, so that made up for it. It was quite the deal and if we are in the area again I would definitely go back.

Rosas is pretty good anytime. They are fast food and above fast food quality. I like going for breakfast. And the salsa bar is always on point. Tortillas are made fresh and it really improves the taste of the tacos.
