“We were greeted warmly. Sat down and our server Janet appeared before us quickly.

We asked her about the $5 margarita. She said it was good… but suggested the El Jefe and my fiancée got the Diablo — both were awesome suggestions. That El Jefe was so smooth!

Before we could even ask for them, Janet already had waters on the table. We ALWAYS forget to order waters, (and fiancé gets a little buzzed on margaritas too fast) so the fact she anticipated it without us asking immediately - That’s hospitality.

I get beef fajitas anywhere I go, but my fiancée likes trying different things anywhere we go. And always looks perplexed while scouring menus… Janet suggested her personal favorite — the fish tacos with the fish fried instead of blackened. Luckily the fiancé couldn’t finish the third taco so I got one!! The fried fish, the chipotle, the pico… perfect combo!

Our little guy was pretty rambunctious that night, and Janet even took him over to grab some dough to play with for a minute so me and my fiancée could have 45 seconds of silence. That level of hospitality cannot be taught. Was comforting to see him reach for her hand when she extended it. He’s usually a shy little guy.

“We had a large party of 11 tonight on a busy Friday evening, including 4 toddlers, and this Chili’s absolutely exceeded expectations. Our wait ended up going past the quoted time, completely understandable with a group our size on such a busy night, but the staff handled it SO well. As soon as the wait started stretching longer, they jumped into action and took incredible care of us.

While we waited in the vestibule with increasingly antsy toddlers, the staff kindly took our order ahead of time and got us seated shortly after. The kids’ meals came out almost immediately once we sat down, which was a lifesaver. Happy toddlers = happy parents!

Our server was amazing! Kind, attentive, patient, and genuinely helpful the entire time. The manager was also incredibly proactive and made sure everything ran smoothly. They even topped us off with a couple of molten lava cakes. You can tell this team truly cares about their guests, even during the Friday night rush.

We were quickly greeted when we arrived and our server was attentive and friendly. The café was bustling with fellow breakfast enthusiasts, yet the ambiance remained relaxed and unhurried. It felt like the perfect spot to linger over a cup of coffee and enjoy the morning with my little family. I was recommended the White Chocolate Mazapan Latte, and well, I couldn’t resist because I am a Mazapan lover! I ordered the White Chocolate Mazapan Latte, and it was nothing short of perfection. The barista crafted it with precision, delivering a beautifully layered drink topped with delicate latte art. The first sip revealed a rich and creamy texture, with the mazapan bold, but soft sweat flavors perfectly balanced by the steamed milk. The slight hint of sweetness lingered on my palate, making it an indulgent yet comforting start to my morning. For breakfast, I opted for the Migas with a side of beans. It was delicious and portion was just right, I actually had leftovers. My spouse chose the fluffy blueberry pancakes, which were equally impressive. They arrived stacked high and adorned with a generous helping of fresh blueberries and a dusting of powdered sugar. A side of maple syrup added a touch of sweetness, and the pancakes themselves were light and airy, making them a true breakfast treat! The service at El Mejor Cafe was great. We will be back! 🫶🏼“

“This place is a bar atmosphere. Mostly go here for pupusa and they are the best in town. Service is always on point but a bit slow to get orders out. I think there is only one cook so it's understandable. The food is consistently delicious.“
