“They make good sandwiches, nice location with very efficient and friendly staff.
All their staff members and the manager are very nice, good customer service.
I usually place the order online via the app and they have it ready for pick up in few mins and is always fresh. Their Tuna sandwich is very good.“

“I came to this Subway for the first time, and my experience was wonderful. I loved the service I received. Mr. Eduardo was very kind and professional. “Not all Subway locations are equal. This location provides the best service to be expected. The Subway in Murphy is the worst.

I hope that Murphy location goes out of business. That Murphy location deserves to go out of business.“

“4 stars because great sandwiches! however one of the servers was incredibly rude. we chose the type of cheese first and she said “no meat?” and then we ordered the type of meat and she proceeded to interrupt us that when you pick the type of cheese first then it means the sandwich is vegetarian. while ordering she had a bad attitude and made ordering an unpleasant experience with her unfriendly manner. when asked to split the sandwich in 2, she replied “i’m gonna cut it in half, i don’t know what splitting it in 2 means” which was unnecessary. she should not be working there if she’s gonna be rude to customers. the other servers are always very patient and respectful. that lady on the other hand should get reprimanded by the manager.“

“This is the second time I've ordered sandwiches here,
and I want to say that this is the best Subway.
They don't skimp on meat or vegetables.
I always get takeout, and I can tear my mouth when I try to bite into it.
Everything is exactly as I ordered it, and even more.

“Their subs are a favorite for both me and my son! We love how easy it is to customize them and add our own personal touch. The bread is always fresh—especially the Italian Herbs & Cheese, which is our top pick. It’s a super convenient option, whether we’re heading to a game or coming back—quick, tasty and available almost everywhere.“

“After a 14-hour workday, I stopped at this Subway out of pure necessity. To be honest, I had pretty much given up on Subway in general—not this specific location, but the brand overall—because customer service and product quality just haven’t been what they used to be.

Miguel completely changed that for me.

This was hands down the best customer service I’ve had at any restaurant in a very long time. Miguel was kind, attentive, and genuinely cared about the food he was making—like he was making it for himself, not just throwing something together.

The portions were perfect, the quality was excellent, and the whole experience felt intentional and professional.

Even better? I was in and out in under four minutes with three subs for my family. Fast and exceptional—that’s rare these days.

Miguel deserves real recognition from management and ownership. He is exactly the kind of person you want as the face of your company.

And for context: this is coming from someone who spent over 20 years in the restaurant industry, from fast food to mid-level to high-end dining. I know great service when I see it.

“Came in on 08/31/2025 at 7pm, was served by Veronica P., she is amazing as she was courteous and professional, absolutely deserved an acknowledgment.

The restaurant itself felt very nostalgic and very much like what subway was and should be.

Ordered a special of the day, oven roasted turkey, ingredients tasted fresh and order was made correctly.

Will definitely recommend and return if in the area!“

“Stopped in to grab a sandwich. First time at this Subway location. Staff were friendly and courteous. Wow, this location stays busy! I chose to eat inside and couldn't believe the amount of people that came through while I was there. This Subway is adjacent to a convenience store and gas pumps, so I guess that's one of the main reasons they stay so busy. The workers were busy the entire time. My food was yummy.“

“This is the Subway in our neighborhood. Pretty regular for quick week night meals. The place is clean, has fresh ingredients, well managed it seems. The Italian sub is my go-to. Love the family that runs the place. They always make the subs extra special :)

“Debanhi she was so nice so respectful I advised anyone to come to this subway to get the food. She just made my day with her smile greeted me when I first came in and asked me as I’m doing and everything nice young lady so I advised anybody to eat it is Subway so she get five stars.“

“Overall, this Subway location is pretty good! The staff are great at following instructions and making sure your order is exactly how you want it. The value for the food isn't bad, and I was pleasantly surprised by the freshness of the ingredients—definitely a step up from other fast-food places.

The only issue I had, embarrassing as it is to mention, was that there was no toilet paper in the men's bathroom. Other than that, it's a decent spot for a quick and tasty meal. I'd recommend it, just make sure you're prepared for the bathroom situation!“

“This Subway location is a solid choice, and I appreciate that it's family-owned and operated, giving it a more personal touch compared to some of the larger chains. The store is well-maintained and has that classic Subway feel, which I enjoy.

However, I did have to wait about three minutes despite no one else being in line, which was a bit frustrating. The staff also seemed to struggle a bit with following my specific instructions. Despite these minor issues, this is still an OG Subway spot that's worth visiting for a quick and decent meal.“

“It’s your standard Subway. Sandwiches made fast in front of you with plenty of topping options. The shop was busy, but clean and the staff were cordial and did a sufficient job. The atmosphere of every Subway is a 3, imo. They could use an updated look.“

“Food is good for a quick snack if you forget to bring lunch but the only downside is that it gets a bit expensive for how big and loaded they can be. I could probably get a better value somewhere else but convenience wins.
