Ordered a sandwich via the app with a light touch of the Sweet Onion Teriyaki sauce to try it out, but instead received a structural disaster drenched in a sticky, overwhelming glaze. The bread was so hard and stale it could double as a brick, and the meat was practically invisible. Serving a product this low-quality shows zero care. Ininedible and deeply disappointing.

Beware this subway has roaches!! I went a few min ago and it was cash or online order only. So I placed an order on my phone while in the store. Soon as the order came thru i noticed roaches crawling on the outer glass in front the food! I was disgusted!! And instantly asked for my money back. The guy “GOPI” could not do it. And told me to come back tomorrow after 10 am. I will be back for my money.
