Subway in Frisco

“I always enjoy going to this subway. Manoha has taken my order several times now and its always a pleasure to speak with him.
I did notice that it was only him running the store alone.
I would've expected there to be someone else to help him out at least considering all the tasks that need to be done to run the store smoothly.“

“Went in after work and got a footlong turkey sub with extra veggies and it was actually made pretty quick. The bread was fresh and the person making it didnt rush through the toppings. Grabbed some cookies too and they were still soft. Solid option when u need something fast.“

“i went in for a quick lunch before heading back to work. the employee took their time making my sandwich and made sure everything looked right before wrapping it up. the bread tasted fresh and the vegetables were crisp. it filled me up without feeling too heavy. i have stopped at this location a few times and it has been consistent every visit.“

“I had an outstanding experience tonight and wanted to recognize the employee who prepared my four sandwiches. He was incredibly attentive to every single detail I requested and took the time to explain everything clearly and patiently. It was obvious that he genuinely cared about making sure I was happy with my order, and his professionalism and kindness truly stood out.

There was also an issue with the Footlong Sub supposed to be free through the app, but it didn’t ring up correctly in time. He handled the situation honestly and professionally, made sure I received the appropriate discount, and explained that I would be able to get it free through the app next time. His transparency and willingness to help made a big difference and showed how much he values customers.

I’ve honestly never had a Subway employee treat me this well before. His level of customer service was exceptional, and he went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Although I don’t know his name, he was working at this location at this specific time and day, and he absolutely deserves recognition.

In my opinion, he has the qualities of a strong leader and would make an excellent manager. Employees like him elevate the entire store experience. Thank you for having someone so dedicated on your team. I will definitely return and continue supporting this location if you hire and promote people like him.“

“A young man and his mom are both hard-working. I’m very surprised that this subway is very good. Food is fresh people are nice to lobby is clean and everything come bring your friends and families here for a good food service and employee service“

“This Subway has the most freshest food ever and fresh bread all the time, the dinning area and restrooms are always super clean, and it has very friendly customer service. “I have been visiting this Subway since it’s the closest to my home, but I am consistently disappointed. I never reported it before, as I assumed the service issues were because mostly college kids are employed here.

Today, however, was unacceptable. When I ordered Italian Herb & Cheese bread, I was told it was “out of stock.” Yet, I could clearly see a full rack of it. When I pointed this out, the response I received was that they were “saving those for future customers” and that it’s difficult to bake more, especially for online orders. This reasoning makes no sense—why would future customers be prioritized over the ones standing in front of you?

I’ll give this location one more chance, but if I face the same issue again, I’ll take my business elsewhere and escalate the complaint to Subway corporate.“

“For the Most part i’ve had very positive experiences Except for when this one staff member tried to kick my cousin out even though he did nothing wrong and the staff member kept cursing. Also this subway ether has to lower the music or ban their employees from wearing headphones because they are always like “What”.“
