“My footlong sandwich was delicious, I was being attended by Armando at first than a older man for toppings. the old man left and started talking to another coworker and left me there with my sandwich and Armando was completing his task of stocking cookies and decided to help me out if it wasn’t for him I wouldn’t have a good experience!“

“This place is our Saturday morning ritual!!
We have a daughter that’s Autistic and prefers us to have the same routine every Saturday. Mindy works every weekend she is such a blessing to us and my daughter loves her so much!! Mindy is always so kind and patient with her when she orders her food.In a world where people are too busy and rude this place is a breath of fresh air!! This location is always very well kept the food looks fresh and organized unlike some we have been too. We live about 10 mins away and we pass probably a dozen Subways between their an our house, but as long as Mindy is here, we’ll always go there. Mindy great job on reminding us that great customer service still exist❤“

“Such a rude women. She use to work at the old Denton location, I literally stop going there because of her and now they moved her to this location. I won’t return to this location now. Probably the worst customer service I’ve ever had. I don’t know her name since she never wears her name tag. I think they she just remove her. They will just keep losing customers if she continues to work at the chains.Update: the lady wasn’t there anymore and Aldo is nice and efficient??“

“Stopped by Subway for a quick bite, and it did the job. The food and atmosphere were pretty normal, nothing extraordinary, but the service really stood out. Staff was friendly, and my order was prepared fast without any mistakes. Perfect spot if you’re looking for a quick, no-fuss meal on the go.“

“Not sure what the problem is here for other customers (other than the high prices, but that has nothing to do with the food, quality or employees). We ordered two foot longs. Everything was perfect. Sandwiches were delicious. So, I recommend this location. Mostly, I think people just like to complain about everything. Seriously.“

“I placed two online orders to be picked up at eleven and Maria was the only one working when I came in. She was efficient and quick and very polite. My online order didn't get sent to her until about 10:45 AM in which consisted of 12 sandwiches. She was the only one working on them for about 10 minutes before another employee came in afor his shift and jumped right away to work. I'm very thankful for her efficiency and willingness to focus on my orders. She organized the sandwiches so they were easy to identify and just made the process very easy. Thank you so much!“

“Such a heart racing effect. An African and a Mexican for employees. Either understood my English -ghetto down South hollering because they didn't understand. I don't speak Spanish nor African languages, so I felt like talking to my boys. They high, I'm mad and my last son starving. What an experience, but my food orders was correct and fresh.“
