If I could give a zero I would. They young girl with red orange hair. Needs training on customer service. She had no clue what was on the sandwich. You would ask her a question she roll her eyes or say idk look at the menu. Even when you would speak to her in Spanish she had a ugly attitude and just shrugged her shoulders. I ended up walking out and took my business to jersey mikes. The customer service was 10 x better than here.
stop advertising meatball sub when yall never have it available. The service yesterday was bad bad, the lady speak only Spanish (I speak Spanish that’s not the issue Karen) but she was ASKING ME IN SPANISH how to make an Italian sub. Like the level of incompetency in this place
