“I usually order on the subway app, which I really like. Its easy to use and I can take advantage of whatever promotion they have. My order is usually ready by the time I drop by to pick up, everyone is courteus and my sub is always good! I tried their scan and pay via the app and it was easy. I think I will keep using it.“
“I was just at this Subway on June 2 around 4:30. The customer in front of me was slow to order. There was an employee having lunch. The employee realized that I was waiting and got up in the middle of lunch to take my order. This employee has been at this Subway for quite a while. “This is a good hardworking location close to my job I usually come for a quick 6-inch combo weekly. The store is nice and clean, smells nice of freshly baked breads, and has a well stocked and organized display of ingredient selections. I love chicken and turkey sandwiches on Italian herb and cheese bread.“

Also, a first, I did this at a 'close' to closing time time-frame. If that makes sense.Anyway, I only wanted one line of mayo and one line of mustard.I don't think they paid much attention to the directions inside the options box provided to me by the app.Please, delicatessens, use this as an experience to better yourselves throughout the workday. I truly understand you're tired. We customers have been coming in and out of your store everyday you unlock the doors and allow us to do so. We do this because we love and like what you're serving. “I have been coming to this location for approximately two-to-four months now. I’ve ordered the same thing consistently; as a result, the staff knows what I will order before I order it. Hilariously, some will give me an “order something else look” ??. The staff is to be commended tremendously!!!! Every time I arrive at the location, I am treated very professionally and very courteous !!! Cannot give them enough praise !!!!“
“Very good food and great variety and selection. One crew member started the process and then handed it off to another and moved to the next customer. This causes confusion and forces the customer to repeat the order multiple times. A 3rd crew member then rang up the order forcing 2 more repeats of the order, from both customer and crew #2. ONE crew member should handle the order all the way through, the way they used to do it for decades. The sandwich was good, but having to repeat my order 3 or 4 times left a sour taste. This is a "not very often" visit for a while.“

“Their CC machine never works and its always packed during lunch. But I eat here everyday for lunch because Candice works there. She gives incredible customer service and grinds everday. Not sure if shes the manager or not. She is appitomy of hard work.“
