Terrible customer service, clearly someone was in the store with all the lights off, open sign turned off. Store should be open until 10, but was closed at 9:30. Drove all the way there for nothing.
CAUTION!!!Lady named Shona added 20% tip without asking.She said the charge was $10.81.I tapped my card on the terminal, at which time I’m usually asked to leave a tip, which I usually do unless service is horrible. The terminal started processing the charge, but I happened to notice that I was charged $12.97, so I asked for my receipt. I check it in my car and saw that I was charged $2.16 for a tip. I was just at this Subway on June 2 around 4:30. The customer in front of me was slow to order. There was an employee having lunch. The employee realized that I was waiting and got up in the middle of lunch to take my order. This employee has been at this Subway for quite a while. This employee is the kindest and friendliest person in the world. I give her an A+ for customer service. I hope this review makes its way to Subway corporate.
