Ordered food at 10:40a while was at work for delivery. They didn’t have the bread so they cancelled the order. I called and talked to a young lady and told her I could come to get my order when I got off at 3p. And could be there by 3:15p. Thinking they would have more bread by than. No they made the sandwiches and left them sitting on top of an oven for 4 hours. The young man in there then tried to give me the sandwiches . I was like I don’t want those they been sitting out. Yall couldn’t put them in the refrigerator at least. He like no they been sitting there since we made them. I wanted to speak with a manager. NO MANAGER ON DUTY UNTIL TOMORROW. I want alllllll my money back.OH AND THEYRE STILLL OUT OF BREAD AT 3:15pm

Terrible customer service, clearly someone was in the store with all the lights off, open sign turned off. Store should be open until 10, but was closed at 9:30. Drove all the way there for nothing.

I ordered a 6in meatball with extra cheese, it had 1 meatball and ZERO cheese!Is this a joke?!I will write to corporate everyday till someone owes me a meatball sandwhich!

CAUTION!!!Lady named Shona added 20% tip without asking.She said the charge was $10.81.I tapped my card on the terminal, at which time I’m usually asked to leave a tip, which I usually do unless service is horrible. The terminal started processing the charge, but I happened to notice that I was charged $12.97, so I asked for my receipt. I check it in my car and saw that I was charged $2.16 for a tip. Instead of going back in for my money, I felt it was more important to notify others to beware when paying, because I don’t have to tip there again if I decide to go back. There are 2 others that are close as well, so I may choose to go there instead.

The pizza was very good! But I noticed that they only have the pizza to order for delivery on the Subway app, it’s not on Grubhub, Doordash, or Uber Eats, can you add it on there as well?

Would give a BIG FAT ZERO! Ordered a footlong STEAK sandwich and they used wafer thin dry roastbeef instead!! It was gross and all vegetables. Manager Maria said she would make it right and ghosted me!! Don’t use this store unless you are there to watch them make it!!!!!

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I ordered guac with the bowl ordered thru the app and picked it up at 6:15PM on Sept-12th. Zero guac and, but hey, if you pick up an order bc you're in a rush and have left already, they know you won't come all the way back for your guac.

I was just at this Subway on June 2 around 4:30. The customer in front of me was slow to order. There was an employee having lunch. The employee realized that I was waiting and got up in the middle of lunch to take my order. This employee has been at this Subway for quite a while. This employee is the kindest and friendliest person in the world. I give her an A+ for customer service. I hope this review makes its way to Subway corporate.

Placed online order and the store haven’t received and i can see that in recent orders on my app…..the store says we dont know about that we haven’t received so come here and place order here and pay here in store. I spoke to Maria a lady she dont have time to answer my question might me she is the only person doing all the 3persons work i think? She is super busy and hanging the call without answering. So guys do place online orders this store never receives them this is 2nd time i faced. Stop going here
