Subway in Arlington

“I always stop at this location for lunch and I usually go on Tuesdays or Wednesdays since I’m near the area. As soon as I walk in, I am always greeted by employees but Janet is the one who smiles at me and knows my order now. My sandwich is always toasted exactly to my liking with just the right amount of toppings. 5/5 Janet is attentive and makes great sandwiches.“

“This location has made major improvements in the past year. I eat here a lot as well as being a doordasher I get a lot of orders to pick up from here. I only have one complaint with Caesar. He always takes 20 minutes to make 1 sandwich. It is especially ridiculous when you are waiting for an order and he stops working on the order and then goes in the back for 15 minutes before completing the order.“

“I would, and will, go out of my way to return to this location because the staff is so wonderful. I came in one day for a snack and immediately noticed how lovely the people who work here are. The next day, I realized I had forgotten a sentimental, expensive item on my chair. I went back days later, not expecting it to still be there, but sure enough, it was. Such integrity!“

“This Subway location is great. The employees were friendly, professional, and provided excellent customer service. The restaurant was very clean inside, the restrooms were open to the public, and there was plenty of free parking available. I was able to get my favorite sandwich made exactly how I like it, just like always. Overall, great experience and I would definitely come back.“

“Great service and I cant remember the gentleman who made my sandwich but it was the best looking sub I had ever had. However, was very disappointed when I got home and about to eat. The bread was hard and old. It was a different location than normal but wont be back there. I would think you would know when bread is old and hard.“

“Stopped by for a quick lunch and it’s your typical Subway. They were a little busy when I arrived but they handled it well. Ordered a turkey sandwich + chips and the sandwich was made effectively. Location was clean as well. Would definitely return in the future.“

“I ordered a 6 inch tuna and the worker behind the counter did a really good job with making it. The staff were really nice, had good humor made things really nice though the man in front of me complained about 2 pennies falling out his hand and didn't think about the fact the dude apologized and was busy with other customers. Overall my sandwich was nice made perfectly a little messy but that's how you know you got good food“

“David has always been incredibly kind and provides excellent customer service! I would give him a 5-star rating, but I am disappointed to see that every time we visit, he is by himself with no assistance during busy hours. It's unfortunate to see such a dedicated employee without the necessary support to handle the rush.“

“I just walked in later than I would have preferred ,but before closing time, and I was helped by a gentleman who was kind, understanding, helpful, and attentive. His communication skills were great. I don’t recall this young man’s name but I wanted to express how great of an experience I had. I haven’t tried the food but the good customer service deserves the 5 stars anyways.“

“The general manager needs to do better at making sure the store is stocked and the workers aren't overworked.
Nevertheless, the new store manager works well under pressure, stayed professional and positive and ensure our order was correct.“

“Mane when I tell you, the worker(Matt and Brandon) make the best sandwich so far since I’ve been going, the flavor the way the sandwich mixes well and taste so good, clean store could use a little cleaning around the edges but so far is great and communication as well is great!!!
Check this out ooooo mane tuna, provolone, bacon on top with onions and light teriyaki sauce toasted, lettuce banana peppers with 4 jalepenos wit some mayo a little more teriyaki sauce and sub crunch on top to cancel it out from being so moist mane it’s a must try😮‍💨😮‍💨😮‍💨😮‍💨“

“The manager Dario is awesome, really takes care of people and has a good attitude. I’m sorry to hear that he is going to a different job. Hopefully the new manager will be as good as him. It’s nice to see that this location is finally working towards it remodel however it still has a bunch of old stuff in it which is weird. Sandwiches are good, Subway is always my go to almost every day.“

“Good place to eat But the owner made a big mistake in not offering the Honey Oak Bt was as a choice. I'm sure it was due to cost because a lot of customers have been asking for it and it has made me go elsewhere! When they offer it again I will go back. Until then not....“

“I wanted to give a shout out to Cassidy! She was BY HERSELF working the whole front and trying her best to serve everyone. The manager or whoever was with her did a bank drop DURING LUNCH RUSH. She did a great job and did the best she could given the unfortunate circumstances. She deserves a raise!!!“

First thing I noticed was how clean the restaurant was and how friendly the person behind the counter was also. Her name was Kim if I remember correctly but she was very friendly and on point with her customer service. I will definitely be back very soon.“
