Been here several times and it's always been...acceptable. This time however, my pickup order wasn't ready, then was made incorrectly. You can clearly see flatbread wasnt what was ordered. The remade sandwich was then put together sloppily and upside down. Not to mention, they didn't have the drink paid extra for and can't get a refund. I'll find a different one from now on.
Love this subway! It’s always so clean and everything is so fresh! Alicia helped me today and she was the sweetest! ❤
These two people serve the public very badly they make bad faces and don't please the customer with what they want sometimes if you don't speak Spanish you're screwed because they won't want to serve you well I don't understand what they work for there are people if they do bad customer service

When the payment machine malfunctioned, the restaurant offered a free meal, showcasing their kindness and willingness to help. Recently, customers have praised the service, noting that the gentleman who made their sandwiches provided amazing service to everyone. The store manager is recognized for her incredible ability to keep the store clean and create a lively atmosphere. She greets everyone who comes through the door, demonstrating her pride in her work and positively influencing her staff.
