“Hadn’t eaten at Subway in a minute so I decided to stop in and grab something quick. Lowkey forgot how good it can be when you build the sandwich right lol. Bread was soft, veggies had a nice crunch, and everything tasted fresh. The place was clean and the workers were cool too. Ended up being way better than I expected and I’ll definitely be stopping by again.“

“By far Christina is 💯% the best... great customer service called 2 other locations cherry and campbowie employees no help when i called at both locations when I called this one Christina was perfect on answering all my questions.. Thanks girl will definitely be returning to this location“

“The second I walked in the employee, who I think is the manager, greeted me and was very attentive to me. Quick service and great conversation. I have never sent a review for a subway but while I dined in the pretty much cleaned the entire store, washed all the dishes and gave excellent customer service to about 6 other customers. If I could give 6 stars I would!!!!“

“I literally ate the best spicy Italian sub I’ve ever had. I wish I knew the ladies name who made it but she’s a little bit older black lady with grey hair. She was extremely nice and welcoming. I never comment on anything but the sub was that good. It wasn’t messy, proportioned perfectly and looked amazing when I opened it. You can tell she really cares about the quality of her work. You’re amazing, thank you!“

Traci (the manager) and her whole team are straight-up professional. Great customer service, everything felt welcoming. The meats and veggies all looked super fresh, and she made ordering super easy with that top-tier service.

They were all extremely professional and polite.
The young lady made my sandwich perfectly.
They all spoke and even checked on me at the table.

As customers were leaving they would tell them to have a great night.

“Dude makes the sandwiches great when you’re actually there but whenever online ordering , he don’t do the best. I ordered an Italian bmt and only got the ham in it. It was dry. I didn’t get the pepperoni and salami that a bmt specifically has. Makes the orders wrong every time I order online but sometimes I just don’t wanna go inside but wish I checked before. But yeah he’s great in store and always appreciate how he makes it when there but wouldn’t recommend online ordering here.“

This location is remodeled so they have all the new stuff so you don’t have to worry about broken down tables and peeling wallpaper. I like that they are always baking bread and cookies throughout the day so you know it’s fresh.“

I had an issue at a separate subway where I couldn’t get ahold of anyone and was being cussed out by the team members. 1 call to Mrs de la Garza and she instantly solved my issue! “Walked in a bit late (Unfortunately I was in the passenger’s seat of my parent’s care who needed to run some errands) and told them my name. They proceeded to tell me that they didn’t have someone with that name. Which was weird. I would’ve showed them the order on my phone but it had disappeared.Told them I came a little later than the time given. They checked the computer, saw my name and that my order had already been picked up. They were wondering if it was DoorDash (it wasn’t.)Makes me wonder if someone had a similar sounding name or something and they accidentally gave them my order. Idk, the whole thing was weird. “This subway deserves a shout out. It’s inside a gas station but the cleanest subway I’ve seen in years and the only one I will go to. The staff is so nice every single time I go in there. If you order something they will tell you the deal to save you money which to me is going above and beyond. Most places just want you to spend spend spend. I truly enjoy my lunch breaks and going to see these ladies and their positive energy. It helps me reset before I go back to work. They also load your sandwich up and actually try and make a good sandwich.“

“There definitely needed to be another person there. It was incredibly busy when I arrived and stayed that way for half an hour. Despite that, Albert was amazing. He handled a rude customer with tact and professionalism, despite being frustrated, and was able to quickly and efficiently take care of every customer in the store by himself. Our food turned out great, and that's even with it being really busy.“

“Dont order mobile here. Orderd it 10 min before I arrived and when I got there I asked for my order they told me to sit down and wait the will not make mobile orders until all the walk in customer are helped. Waited 45 minutes just to get my food when people were walking in and within 5 min had there food. Employees were snobby to customers and one employee was watching the door and would tell the customers if your not going to buy food then leave.“

Hands down one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. Rodney was friendly, fast, and actually paid attention to every detail while making my sandwich. You can tell he takes pride in what he does — everything was fresh, neatly put together, and exactly how I asked for it.

On top of that, his attitude made the whole visit better. Super respectful, great energy, and just genuinely welcoming. It’s rare to see someone go above and beyond like that at a quick stop, but Rodney definitely did.

It’s in a cool college neighborhood that is easily walkable with plenty of parking just around the corner. One of the owners is usually in store to help the team and take care of people who come in. “I placed my order online, and knew it wouldn't be ready by the time I got there, when I went in no one was there and the ladies were already working on my order and that made me happy. “I must say this is a awesome subway to eat at I used to be a manager at subway in garland off of Jupiter and I didn't just experience a great salad but had Tim & Eddie who had exceptional customer service and great personality and most of all service with a smile that's not something you really see anymore and I really enjoyed it. “Normally I wouldn’t bother reviewing a subway but the staff here was so friendly and kind that I felt it was due. I came here during a rush with a couple of dozen of local students (no idea where from, I’m not local) in front of me, and I’ve been in many fast food joints where the staff gets stressed and starts getting short and rude when faced with this kind of crowd. The three ladies who were working there yesterday (may 18 2026 at around 11:30 AM) were so nice and polite. Very generous with portions too! I had just arrived in Ft. Worth a half hour previously so this was actually a really good first impression for the city to make!“

“Wasnt quite sure how to do the stars. I'll just say originally, the food I rated 2 stars and service a 2 for am shift. My order had no provolone cheese, extra pickles, no banana peppers or spinach on it. Guess, they thought lettuce was spinach. Went up there when I got off and the evening shift fixed it. Valerie and V. They are awesome ! They were very sweet, helpful and fixed it beautifully. They apologized even though they were not the ones that messed it up. They were so gracious..even gave me a cup to get a drink because it was so hot. They made my horrible experience wonderful !! I will only go back when they are working !
