“Placed a order at 11am just for Halloween cookies to be picked up at 6:30 pm. The lady making sandwiches was awesome,cookies were made perfectly. The service was excellent. I will definitely be using this location more. The store smelled like really good sandwiches were made. Thank you“

“The second I walked in the employee, who I think is the manager, greeted me and was very attentive to me. Quick service and great conversation. I have never sent a review for a subway but while I dined in the pretty much cleaned the entire store, washed all the dishes and gave excellent customer service to about 6 other customers. If I could give 6 stars I would!!!!“

“I literally ate the best spicy Italian sub I’ve ever had. I wish I knew the ladies name who made it but she’s a little bit older black lady with grey hair. She was extremely nice and welcoming. I never comment on anything but the sub was that good. It wasn’t messy, proportioned perfectly and looked amazing when I opened it. You can tell she really cares about the quality of her work. You’re amazing, thank you!“

“I’m from out of town. I’m here for work. Subway is my go to spot. After reading the reviews. I saw somebody say that this is their favorite location in all of Ft Worth. I understand why. “Went today and was super disappointed to see they're opened from 11-8 on Thanksgiving day. I come every Tuesday and have for a few years now since I work just up the street and these women and men work hard, they deserve a day to rest and celebrate their families; especially since regular business hours pick back up the next day. These hours leave absolutely no time for enjoiying the holidays with their loved ones and everyone deserves that. I'd also be willing to bet the owner will be at home with their family resting and enjoying his holiday, like seriously 11-8? What are they supposed to celebrate at 8am or 10pm? Be realistic and show your employees some appriciation, they help run the store day in and day out, this is not how you encourage your employees, it shows zero respect to them as humans. If you want the store open thats fine, but run it yourself and give your employees time off like they deserve. This is just pure greed and is incredibly off putting as a customer. Look at all the reviews, its praising the workers, reward them with a well deserved day off.“

They all spoke and even checked on me at the table.

“This subway deserves a shout out. It’s inside a gas station but the cleanest subway I’ve seen in years and the only one I will go to. The staff is so nice every single time I go in there. If you order something they will tell you the deal to save you money which to me is going above and beyond. Most places just want you to spend spend spend. I truly enjoy my lunch breaks and going to see these ladies and their positive energy. It helps me reset before I go back to work. They also load your sandwich up and actually try and make a good sandwich.“

This location is remodeled so they have all the new stuff so you don’t have to worry about broken down tables and peeling wallpaper. I like that they are always baking bread and cookies throughout the day so you know it’s fresh.“

“Dude makes the sandwiches great when you’re actually there but whenever online ordering , he don’t do the best. I ordered an Italian bmt and only got the ham in it. It was dry. I didn’t get the pepperoni and salami that a bmt specifically has. Makes the orders wrong every time I order online but sometimes I just don’t wanna go inside but wish I checked before. But yeah he’s great in store and always appreciate how he makes it when there but wouldn’t recommend online ordering here.“

Hands down one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. Rodney was friendly, fast, and actually paid attention to every detail while making my sandwich. You can tell he takes pride in what he does — everything was fresh, neatly put together, and exactly how I asked for it.

On top of that, his attitude made the whole visit better. Super respectful, great energy, and just genuinely welcoming. It’s rare to see someone go above and beyond like that at a quick stop, but Rodney definitely did.

Not to take away from his other two team members, they also are exceptional employees and true assets to Dustin's team here at Subway. Thank you to the three of them for looking out for me and my belongings as I traveled Amtrak with my whole lifes belongings for the first time ever. If not for Dustin and his team I may have everything taken from me, simply for the reason of being unaware of my surroundings for lack of knowledge. Thank you guys for giving me an enjoyable nutritional meal while traveling the Amtrak. “This subway has had a remodel and looks great. We have been in a couple of times here recently and the associate with ID 442 I did not get her name but she has made our sandwiches everytime we have come in to order. She is the sweetest person and very neat when making her orders. She labels them and asked if we need anything else. She's a keeper for sure. When we got them home they were neatly wrapped and not messy to eat. They were prefect. Please let her know she is doing a great job. Recognition goes along way.

“I like this place. It’s one of the few spots near my house, and I’ve never had a problem with the food here. They have this tea in the fountain drinks that my mom loves, and I don’t know anywhere else to get it. Their cookies were fresh, and the food has been great every time.“

“There definitely needed to be another person there. It was incredibly busy when I arrived and stayed that way for half an hour. Despite that, Albert was amazing. He handled a rude customer with tact and professionalism, despite being frustrated, and was able to quickly and efficiently take care of every customer in the store by himself. Our food turned out great, and that's even with it being really busy.“

“I must say this is a awesome subway to eat at I used to be a manager at subway in garland off of Jupiter and I didn't just experience a great salad but had Tim & Eddie who had exceptional customer service and great personality and most of all service with a smile that's not something you really see anymore and I really enjoyed it. “Wasnt quite sure how to do the stars. I'll just say originally, the food I rated 2 stars and service a 2 for am shift. My order had no provolone cheese, extra pickles, no banana peppers or spinach on it. Guess, they thought lettuce was spinach. Went up there when I got off and the evening shift fixed it. Valerie and V. They are awesome ! They were very sweet, helpful and fixed it beautifully. They apologized even though they were not the ones that messed it up. They were so gracious..even gave me a cup to get a drink because it was so hot. They made my horrible experience wonderful !! I will only go back when they are working ! “I was skeptical about ordering here again because I had a not so good experience in the past. It's been over a year since I last ate here but I received an email about a buy one get one for a dollar deal so I gave it another try. I ordered 2 footlongs for pickup. When I arrived at the location, my order was already ready and on the pickup stand. There was one worker behind the counter who had welcomed me in. The store was nice and clean and my food was made correctly. So I'm way happier about my experience this time around.“
