“The second I walked in the employee, who I think is the manager, greeted me and was very attentive to me. Quick service and great conversation. I have never sent a review for a subway but while I dined in the pretty much cleaned the entire store, washed all the dishes and gave excellent customer service to about 6 other customers. “Went today and was super disappointed to see they're opened from 11-8 on Thanksgiving day. I come every Tuesday and have for a few years now since I work just up the street and these women and men work hard, they deserve a day to rest and celebrate their families; especially since regular business hours pick back up the next day. These hours leave absolutely no time for enjoiying the holidays with their loved ones and everyone deserves that. I'd also be willing to bet the owner will be at home with their family resting and enjoying his holiday, like seriously 11-8? What are they supposed to celebrate at 8am or 10pm? Be realistic and show your employees some appriciation, they help run the store day in and day out, this is not how you encourage your employees, it shows zero respect to them as humans. If you want the store open thats fine, but run it yourself and give your employees time off like they deserve. This is just pure greed and is incredibly off putting as a customer. Look at all the reviews, its praising the workers, reward them with a well deserved day off.“

“This subway deserves a shout out. It’s inside a gas station but the cleanest subway I’ve seen in years and the only one I will go to. The staff is so nice every single time I go in there. If you order something they will tell you the deal to save you money which to me is going above and beyond. Most places just want you to spend spend spend. I truly enjoy my lunch breaks and going to see these ladies and their positive energy. It helps me reset before I go back to work. They also load your sandwich up and actually try and make a good sandwich.“

Hands down one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. Rodney was friendly, fast, and actually paid attention to every detail while making my sandwich. You can tell he takes pride in what he does — everything was fresh, neatly put together, and exactly how I asked for it.
On top of that, his attitude made the whole visit better. Super respectful, great energy, and just genuinely welcoming. It’s rare to see someone go above and beyond like that at a quick stop, but Rodney definitely did.

“This subway has had a remodel and looks great. We have been in a couple of times here recently and the associate with ID 442 I did not get her name but she has made our sandwiches everytime we have come in to order. She is the sweetest person and very neat when making her orders. She labels them and asked if we need anything else. She's a keeper for sure. When we got them home they were neatly wrapped and not messy to eat. They were prefect. Please let her know she is doing a great job. Recognition goes along way.

My order had no provolone cheese, extra pickles, no banana peppers or spinach on it. Guess, they thought lettuce was spinach. Went up there when I got off and the evening shift fixed it. Valerie and V. They are awesome ! They were very sweet, helpful and fixed it beautifully. They apologized even though they were not the ones that messed it up. It's been over a year since I last ate here but I received an email about a buy one get one for a dollar deal so I gave it another try. I ordered 2 footlongs for pickup. When I arrived at the location, my order was already ready and on the pickup stand. There was one worker behind the counter who had welcomed me in.
