“The second I walked in the employee, who I think is the manager, greeted me and was very attentive to me. Quick service and great conversation. I have never sent a review for a subway but while I dined in the pretty much cleaned the entire store, washed all the dishes and gave excellent customer service to about 6 other customers. If I could give 6 stars I would!!!!“

“Placed a order at 11am just for Halloween cookies to be picked up at 6:30 pm. The lady making sandwiches was awesome,cookies were made perfectly. The service was excellent. I will definitely be using this location more. The store smelled like really good sandwiches were made. Thank you“

“I literally ate the best spicy Italian sub I’ve ever had. I wish I knew the ladies name who made it but she’s a little bit older black lady with grey hair. She was extremely nice and welcoming. I never comment on anything but the sub was that good. It wasn’t messy, proportioned perfectly and looked amazing when I opened it. You can tell she really cares about the quality of her work. You’re amazing, thank you!“

“I walked in with an order for 12 subs for our campus to go and Ms. Christina/Christina was so pleasant and so helpful. She was quick and had such a positive attitude! She was so informative of the products and prices and catered to our every need! We will definitely be returning for her service! She even numbered the sandwiches for us ti make it easier to distribute!!!! She was absolutely great!!“

“Went today and was super disappointed to see they're opened from 11-8 on Thanksgiving day. I come every Tuesday and have for a few years now since I work just up the street and these women and men work hard, they deserve a day to rest and celebrate their families; especially since regular business hours pick back up the next day. These hours leave absolutely no time for enjoiying the holidays with their loved ones and everyone deserves that. I'd also be willing to bet the owner will be at home with their family resting and enjoying his holiday, like seriously 11-8? What are they supposed to celebrate at 8am or 10pm? Be realistic and show your employees some appriciation, they help run the store day in and day out, this is not how you encourage your employees, it shows zero respect to them as humans. If you want the store open thats fine, but run it yourself and give your employees time off like they deserve. This is just pure greed and is incredibly off putting as a customer. Look at all the reviews, its praising the workers, reward them with a well deserved day off.“

“This Subway location is great. The staff is very friendly and they take their time to help you get exactly what you want. They were patient, helpful, and made the whole visit easy. The food was fresh and the service made the experience even better. I will be coming back.“

They were all extremely professional and polite.
The young lady made my sandwich perfectly.
They all spoke and even checked on me at the table.

As customers were leaving they would tell them to have a great night.

“Walked in a bit late (Unfortunately I was in the passenger’s seat of my parent’s care who needed to run some errands) and told them my name. They proceeded to tell me that they didn’t have someone with that name. Which was weird. I would’ve showed them the order on my phone but it had disappeared.Told them I came a little later than the time given. They checked the computer, saw my name and that my order had already been picked up. They were wondering if it was DoorDash (it wasn’t.)Makes me wonder if someone had a similar sounding name or something and they accidentally gave them my order. Idk, the whole thing was weird. They seemed pretty confused too, lol. But one of the women made me another sandwich along with the other things I ordered online so everything was fineeee“

“This subway has had a remodel and looks great. We have been in a couple of times here recently and the associate with ID 442 I did not get her name but she has made our sandwiches everytime we have come in to order. She is the sweetest person and very neat when making her orders. She labels them and asked if we need anything else. She's a keeper for sure. When we got them home they were neatly wrapped and not messy to eat. They were prefect. Please let her know she is doing a great job. Recognition goes along way.

“This subway deserves a shout out. It’s inside a gas station but the cleanest subway I’ve seen in years and the only one I will go to. The staff is so nice every single time I go in there. If you order something they will tell you the deal to save you money which to me is going above and beyond. Most places just want you to spend spend spend. I truly enjoy my lunch breaks and going to see these ladies and their positive energy. It helps me reset before I go back to work. They also load your sandwich up and actually try and make a good sandwich.“

“Journey and Jeff are a breath of fresh air!! My husband and I stopped in to get our The Boss sandwiches for dinner and movie at home night and were very pleasantly surprised by both of them. We usually dread going in there and literally had braced ourselves the entire way there for the bad attitude and incorrect food that we typically receive. Both Journey and Jeff had wonderful attitudes and our food was made correctly. This is a big deal as not once in four years have we experienced that at this location!“

“There definitely needed to be another person there. It was incredibly busy when I arrived and stayed that way for half an hour. Despite that, Albert was amazing. He handled a rude customer with tact and professionalism, despite being frustrated, and was able to quickly and efficiently take care of every customer in the store by himself. Our food turned out great, and that's even with it being really busy.“

“Wasnt quite sure how to do the stars. I'll just say originally, the food I rated 2 stars and service a 2 for am shift. My order had no provolone cheese, extra pickles, no banana peppers or spinach on it. Guess, they thought lettuce was spinach. Went up there when I got off and the evening shift fixed it. Valerie and V. They are awesome ! They were very sweet, helpful and fixed it beautifully. They apologized even though they were not the ones that messed it up. They were so gracious..even gave me a cup to get a drink because it was so hot. They made my horrible experience wonderful !! I will only go back when they are working ! “I was skeptical about ordering here again because I had a not so good experience in the past. It's been over a year since I last ate here but I received an email about a buy one get one for a dollar deal so I gave it another try. I ordered 2 footlongs for pickup. When I arrived at the location, my order was already ready and on the pickup stand. There was one worker behind the counter who had welcomed me in. The store was nice and clean and my food was made correctly. So I'm way happier about my experience this time around.“
