“This is by far the best Subway in all of DFW and honestly the best I’ve ever been to and it’s not even close. Owner is amazing very responsive you can tell they take pride in their work. Subs are fresh, well made, ingredients are kept perfectly. Will only be going here for my Subway cravings!“

“I had Subway when it first came out years ago and it used to feel the sandwiches I've gotten so used to Subway not feeling the sandwich if it's Philly steak or roasted chicken I really am vegan but every so often I break down but I'm only going to Harris hospital to be admitted we stopped off at the subway in Harris hospital. I was truly amazed I order a Philly steak the staff just piled it all on including olives and a few other little things onions and bell peppers and I would no matter where I'm at in this country I will come back to this Subway anytime that I crave a Subway and bypass on the ones that are skipping on everything but this Subway is the greatest in the world in Harris hospital otherwise known as Texas Health they are just fantastic and if they want to know anymore they can leave me a message here or give me they can ask me for my phone number I recommend this restaurant over any restaurant in the hospital District or in Fort Worth Texas I don't care what it is that Philly steak was the best sandwich to have eaten in over 40 years. By the way I had purchased some cookies too chocolate chip dark chocolate and the cheesecake cookie well worth the price. “There are 2 in the area. The one by Walmart is a waste of time. This one has a wonderful lady that made a great salad for me. She was very nice and had a huge smile on her face. “I am beyond grateful to have worked at the Trail Lake subway for a little while. I had a wonderful manager who I won't name publicly, but I want her to know she is appreciated. I usually worked alone but when I got to work with my coworkers I had a great time. The people were almost always friendly and everyone else on the team really does care about the quality of the food and customer service so make sure to stop in and say hi! “I've been a customer of this subway location for 5 yrs. It's a sandwich shop so you would think it is a simple transaction; which it is, but for me customer service, regardless of what type of shop it is, is an important attribute for me. The establishment itself is small. The food is your typical subway options; too much mayo in the tuna most times though. I am not sure of the ownership, but my impression is the bottom line is more important than most anything else as their staff don't often seem happy to be there, maybe it is a second chance for them or maybe just not a good environment. Organization and cleanliness could use some improvement. Prices are standard. Food tastes good. For me it is convenient to where I work so ordering on the app for pick up (which by the way is done right and always on time) allows me to grab and go and not be bothered by the other personal concerns of service. If you are craving a subway sandwich it works.Vegetarian options: Any sub can be made into a salad. A veggie patty is available and tastes pretty good. You can also choose a veggie sub.“

“Around 8:25pm on 03/27. This crew of workers put love into my sandwich!! They were all kind, fast & welcoming. The service was exceptional and for this to be Airport food, it was great. “I was the only one in the store at that moment... And I sat outside the store for about 10 minutes waiting for the rain to subdue and i saw no customers come or go. The one thing that I didn't like, was how the cashier/ sandwich maker came from the back, with gloves already on, and threw away some type of trash. She preceeded to make my sandwich, using the same gloves. She grabbed my bread, added and adjusted the meat using the same gloves. She reached and grabbed the mini cooler, opened it, grabbed a container of vegetables restocked what was on the counter and placed it back. She then continued to make my sandwich. Didn't change the gloves at all.. She touched the register to give me a price and went back to my sandwich and finished it. I think GLOVES should be grabbed new, only when your getting ready to make a sandwich... and removed if there are no more customers and thrown away! Much more sanitary.“

“Today is June 4,2023. This location is a hit or miss most times but today my experience was very pleasant. The three young ladies that assisted us were all so sweet and pleasant. “Subway has always been my healthy, fast, go-to meal place. Every time I go there I get an amazing experience and the employees always Welcome me and tell me to have a great day. The restaurant is clean and smells delicious when I go inside. The employees at the counter are always smiling, friendly, quick, and accurate. Like to see my sandwiches made while I watch. Good choice of condiments. Very fast service and some seating if you wish, but many do take out. Overall subway has healthy selections even for weight management & keto goals.“

“Kiante was AMAZING, super clean! He made sure he changed gloves. He made my sandwich just how I wanted it, when my partner and I walked in we noticed how clean he had the area and how he changed his gloves before touching anything outside of the sandwich. “I came to this location because my sister likes to get popcorn from here. As we arrived I had seen only this young man working with so much urgency to try to eliminate the long line. All on his own I saw him working proactively and politely which I must saw we don't too often now and days. I was very moved by his efforts and thought to give credit where credit is due. “This is one of the most disgusting experiences I've encountered in a restaurant. My husband, daughter and I walked into this Subway at 3869 Maurice Ave., Ft. Worth, TX on Saturday 2/25/23 around 3:30 p.m., and I immediately smelled what I thought was puke. I told my family as well. But, hoping to play it off as a strong cheese or yeast smell from the food. Started ordering our food (the smell seemed to get worse), and one of the 2 young guys working there who was starting the process looked terrible (like hungover or sick, major bloodshot eyes and kept holding his forehead). He kept leaving the food area for a few minutes, and then would return to making the sandwiches. A couple of other people came in behind us, and after a few minutes, one of the other customers said to the other guy working there "I just saw your coworker cover his mouth and start puking in the floor ". She left before they finished her sandwich. I saw the sick guy start mopping up the puke from the floor and then teturn to making sandwiches! I told my family and the guy working there who wasn't puking that I do not want my sandwich, and that I was totally disgusted, and wanted a return. But, of course he knew nothing about how to make a return, and we just wanted to get out of there, so we left, and I did not want to touch my sandwich, so I threw it away. My husband contacted Subway via email (as there was no option to call and complain), and told them our experience at that Subway establishment, and to this day (3/17/23), we've never received any response from Subway. Very disappointed in Subway, and never want to eat Subway again!“

“After all the bad reviews took a chance anyway. Hit the store right at the end of a rush. Junior was working all alone. Had a pleasant attitude and was very understanding when my 3 kids kept changing orders (yes we are that customer). Everything was perfect and his attitude and service was commendable. Wonderful experience!!“

The parking can be a challenge at times being in a busy strip mall. He was a very tall African American young man that worked on 2/01/2024 around 6:30pm at the Fort Worth Bridge Wood location. He held the entire store down while keeping a smile on his face. It was very busy and the stress never got to him . His colleague was struggling, but he picked up the slack. I hope who ever sees this will address the helpful young man and give him a bonus. My daughter and I will be back solely because of that gentleman's customer service.“

“Came here after being disappointed at another location last night. Hungry and frustrated, we really didn't expect much out of this visit. However, we were met with such great service it really turned our mood around. If the manager reads this please give the two girls working on the night of 1/17/20 a raise, they seriously deserve it. “Tucked away in a small strip mall right next to a police station I was surprised to see how big and roomy it was. The staff was friendly and helpful and it was clean. “Not going to lie. I was pretty much ready to write off all subways in general. The 3 locations I pass on the way home are the worse at building a decent sandwich at best. Just so many let downs. This location though, I drive past my house a few miles because they are freaking beast at making subway sandwiches. They show you the sandwich after cutting it in half to make sure you’re happy with it. That’s awesome!!! Definitely coming to this location from now on. “I always visit different locations because I travel and I was looking for the person that is running this locationAnd finally found her yesterday because she was running a while back the location on 377. I am so glad she is here because I feel she is such a great worker. I saw her yesterday while she had a line of kids in her lobby doing it by herself. I know I am only one person but, it's people and managers such as her that makes us customers keep coming back to the business and not going to jason deli or jersey mikes. I came here for to get some dinner to go and I was pretty happy with what I got.So I think they get more online orders than in-store orders, because when I arrived the employees were busy making the online orders. It took about 8 minutes before I could get served. Once I was served, the employee was pretty nice. So when you come here, expect a little wait.The food I got was delicious. I ordered a flatbread and salad. The flatbread tasted good. The salad was good, but very overpriced. In my opinion: Subway is not the place to go for salads.Tldr: Good subway with good food and employees. It’s also very clean. 10/10 would recommend“

“Did a mobile order this evening (1/19/23) for 3 sandwiches. I didn’t catch the young man’s name who made our sandwiches (younger, Hispanic maybe?) but I just wanted to say that these are the nicest, neatest Subway sandwiches we have ever had in our whole lives. No exaggeration! Meat and veggies were neatly placed, good amount of everything. Normally it’s all kind of just slapped together sloppily and lettuce is just a sprinkle. First time at this location and will definitely return. The inside was also clean and nicely updated.“
