Great sandwiches
I just left this subway after literally botching my order one too many times. The worker, Tee? AMAZING. Never showed not one ounce of impatience, annoyance nor not one sign of being annoyed. Even if she was, I couldn’t tell! We chatted a bit, and me as a genuine clutz and nervous person felt accepted and just good overall. I don’t know about the other workers… But Tee? Ay man… she needs her props, flowers, a raise and then some!

Based on recent reviews, this Subway location is known for its very friendly staff and clean environment. The store is always clean and stocked full. Specific employees like Tee are described as amazing, never showing impatience or annoyance, making customers feel accepted. Rhonda is good at her job, and Michael is the best employee for making fantastic, perfectly made sandwiches. The two gentlemen and the night crew are also very kind, polite, and attentive. The food is delicious, and the music is nice. However, there have been issues with the Subway app not processing orders accurately, with payment not going through and orders not being ready on time. Despite the app problems, the employees provide great customer service, especially on cold days, and management is thanked for taking care of such good people. Overall, this store has turned itself around with good management and staff who take extra care.
