Clean and fast and well organized
They need some more help, I'm watching one man run the whole show during a rush with bus and train passengers is absurd. The owners should be ashamed.
Dont order mobile here. Orderd it 10 min before I arrived and when I got there I asked for my order they told me to sit down and wait the will not make mobile orders until all the walk in customer are helped. Waited 45 minutes just to get my food when people were walking in and within 5 min had there food. Employees were snobby to customers and one employee was watching the door and would tell the customers if your not going to buy food then leave.

However, service can sometimes be disappointing, with staff hesitant to add toppings or fetch ingredients, leading to underwhelming sandwiches. There have been reports of incorrect drinks, like root beer instead of Dr. Pepper, and issues with lids for large drinks, which can result in having to discard drinks. Despite these problems, the staff can work efficiently during busy times, and customers appreciate the quick service. The location may have some concerns, such as homeless individuals nearby, but the staff generally provides prompt service and tries to accommodate customer needs.
