Nice location. Spirited staff. Usual Subway experience which is typically very good. Same applies here. Minus, bread that seemed to fall apart. My wife and I are not fans of that.Inventory your cheese breads.I might not otherwise had made note but just the night before we were on Elm Street in Dallas. Same sandwich. Different outcome. #20.Otherwise, still get to this location if on the Amtrak or Greyhound. Atmosphere is fab!

I ordered online and picked up in store. The store did not have any bread so I asked for flat bread. I got my sandwich in a timely manner while it was busy. I got a wrap instead apparently. The sandwich was made right though. Was asked if I wanted to add anything for free, so I wanted bacon, and it wasn't on there. Manager tried to make it right as I'm guessing they had issues with whoever was to make the bread for the day. Clean restaurant. Friendly service.Kid-friendliness: While I was the the inside look of the place as well as the workers were verbally appropriate even while in the middle of a rush.

Side door that connects the subway to the train station is locked at 12:28p and the guy working evidently has no intention of opening it, he says. That wasn't irritating after being on a train for 5 hours. The girl making my sandwich (Amanda?) did so with a smile and was very pleasant.Update, it is now 12:40 and I've seen 14 people try to enter locked door and two people try to exit via the locked door. Five of the 14 who tried to enter did not walk around to the sidewalk entrance. It's weird watching an establishment literally lose money before my very eyes. If I was this location's franchise owner, I'd be pissed.

The one girl behind the counter maintained her calm despite being short handed and working by herself. She was soon joined by another employee who started checking people out and helping in the veggies & dressing side. I assume she was possibly in break.

i hate to give a bad rating but literally every time i’ve came here the food is never fresh and the veggies are wilted and soggy and tastes old. it’s sad bc i have no other option but to eat it. i take the train to work and it’s the only place i can get food on the way there. usually when i eat here it upsets my stomach. this will probably be my 8 or 9th time eating here and today the lettuce was all white and brown. the lady even tried putting the bad lettuce on my sandwich which is crazy. i had to ask to get some fresher salad. tomatoes are soggy and translucent and the onions are very bitter and taste old. please fix this issue! it’s not fair to be paying full price where the food is not up to standard like it is at every other location. also you can’t give me a cup of ice? that’s crazy. these ppl clearly don’t care about customer service at all except a few of them who are nice and say thank you etc.

Employees were too distracted to take customers orders. Messy store. NO napkins, NO refills. Ride employees. Their manager just stood there. Do not recommend.

This location has the laziest employees that never open all their doors on time. Plus, they'll stand around and talk while ignoring customers. Ownership and employees need to be fired before this subway has a chance of being a decent location. Better fire everyone twice to be sure!

I have tried several times to eat at this subway number one rude bad service from the employees that work there in the afternoon number two. They always lock the doors 30 minutes before it’s time to close number three depending on who makes your sandwich some of them over stuffing, and some of them hardly put nothing in your sandwich, there’s an African-American lady she will stuff your sandwich and make it a good sandwich. There’s a Mexican guy that works there an older man and he’s very greedy when it comes to making your sandwich. Basically you feel like you’re eating nothing but bread and veggies but every time I go in there I’m never greeted and they look at you like what do you want? How dare you come in here and bother me and make me work that’s the type of attitude they give you.

First off, they wanted $2.89 for a cup of water with my food. No way, is that gonna happen. Second, it must be bring your kids to work day. The girl working here has her three kids running all over the place throwing stuff on the floor and running in and out behind the counter and back and forth from the back to the front. Definitely won't be back to this subway.
